The transplanting mechanism with planetary elliptic gears is a part of the rotary high-speed rice transplanter. It has many advantages, steady transmission, high seedling standing ratio, no hurting or taking back the plants, and no floating the plants. It is complex in structure and machining and requires high precision. This paper mainly aims at concluding what influences the elastic deformation appearing in the process of operations has on the dynamic characteristics of the transplanting mechanism, which is analyzed by using elastic dynamics. The main contents of this paper are as followed.Development situation at home and abroad of the transplanting mechanism of rice transplanter is researched. The latest researches and development direction of the transplanting mechanism with elliptic planetary gears is introduced. The form and working principle of the transplanting mechanism is elaborated. Parts model of the transplanting mechanism are established by UG, relevant parameters are defined, whole model of the transplanting mechanism is obtained by assembling the components.According to the dynamics theory of planetary gear transmission, the coupling dynamics model of the mechanism is carried out by using the translation-torsion coupling model. In consideration of the elliptical gear meshing error and elastic deformation of the bearing support, the system equations of motion of the transplanting mechanism is established, and the elastic dynamics equation of the planetary transmission system’s matrix forms is obtained after being collated.The kinematic and dynamic equations are produced by Matlab, and the difference and influencing factors of model diagram are analyzed. Relative displacement, time-varying mesh stiffness and gear meshing force of elliptical gears are calculated. Based on the analysis theory, the modal analysis of the mechanism is established.The results indicate that the displacement of the mechanism is deflected. The rotating frequency and mesh frequency away from the inherent frequency of the system mechanism, so that resonance phenomenon does not be occurred. Large deformation is occurred in the seedling claw tip and planetary frame around by modal analysis. |
