To the agricultural resources, now the straw remnants on the farmland are not being recycled effectively which is a waste of biology resources. However, it is energy-efficient to manufacture forage products with these nutritious straws. The Inter-meshing Fodder Pellet Machine, designed in the thesis, could work on the farmland movably or somewhere motionlessly. With the analysis of the composition and property of raw materials, acquiring the knowledge of the technology and principle of forage shaping and the processing and shaping machine existed, depending on the shaping principle and machine existed and design guidance, this thesis confirms the device parameters, then designs an integrated the Inter-meshing Fodder Pellet Machine according to these principles. Moreover, it is modeled in3-D software and then assembled reasonably. There is no interference between the structures and components in this design according to the interference test.With the help of the ANSYS, SolidWorks and ADAMS, the simulation analysis of, the main parts of the Inter-meshing Fodder Pellet Machine, intermeshed gears which is processed with circular modeling press roller, main axis and body frame are done. So we obtain the maximal static stress, the maximal deformation and simulation cloud map of the main axis; the statically touched stress distribution of the intermeshed gears; simulation of the body frame; the simulation analysis of the output of the circular model part by ADAMS which guide the improvement and complement of the design. These simulation analysis show that the design meets the standard of the device. On the basis of the running experiment of the Inter-meshing Fodder Pellet Machine, this thesis finds the optimal combination with the help of optimization algorithm. The machine will have a great market and economic benefits because of its low costs, high efficiency and the high quality of the granule.
