From the requirements that the special agricultural of environment Hetao area in Inner Mongolia of Western China on the mechanized transplanting equipment, it is important that developing the transplanting equipment that can work in the both film and membrane to improve the agricultural economy industry. According to the transplanting characteristic parameters----lip rate, transplanting seedlings, planting depth and soil surface subsidence quantity, this paper takes 2ZB-2 Dibble-type transplanting machine as the test object and designs the data acquisition system for transplanter planting characteristic parameter based on the Arduino and Lab VIEW.First of all, on the basis of the system’s overall framework design, completed system hardware type’s selection and configuration,which including sensors, the Arduino Uno microprocessor, wireless data transmission module etc. and compiled slave computer’ data acquisition program by the Arduino IDE platform. Secondly, by utilizing the visa modules of virtual instrument LabVIEW 2013 compiled the principle computer’s data acquisition procedures, so as to realize the real-time acquisition, display, storage functions of transplanter left wheel, right wheel and transplanting plate’s revolution, work displacement, transplanting seedling numbers, planting depth, slip ratio.After completing the system hardware structures, we calibrated all sensors and got the calibration curve and the fitting formula. Finally, proceeded debugging and field validation, on this data acquisition system.Field experiments showed that this acquisition system can meet the 2ZB-2 Dibble type transplanter characteristics parameters the actual needs of data acquisition, and it can offer the foundation for Hetao area irrigation soil transplanter planting performance’s data collection and evaluation.
