In this paper, use the California mastitis test method, screening on negative、weakly positive and strong positive each 3 mink cow with mastitis on large-scale milk cow farm at Hohhot, Separated as mastitis on positive、weakly positive、strong positive three experiment group and collect sample, high-throughput sequencing in genetic group to detect the structure characteristics of milk bacteria。Result, The composition and structure characteristics of different groups of dairy cows in different groups were different。In Class,6 kinds of bacteria were detected in the negative group, and r-Proteobacteria was dominant microflora, which accounteg for 80% of flora; 8kinds of bacteria were detected in the weakly positive group, R-Proteobacteria、Flat-sour bacteria, Accounting for 53%、 18% and 15% of flora; 7 kinds of bacteria were detected in the strong positive group, R-Proteobacteria was dominant microflora、Flat-sour bacteria、Proteobacteria, Accounting for 52%、23% and 20% of flora, In Phylum,4 kinds of bacteria were detected in the negative group, Among them 87% and 10% of flora is Proteobacteria、Firmicutes which is dominant microflora,5 kinds of bacteria were detected in the weakly positive group, Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes were dominant microflora, Accounting for 75% and 16% of flora; 4 kinds of bacteria were detected in the strong positive group, Proteobacteria and Firmicutes were dominant microflora, Accounting for 74% and 22% of flora。In famiy.6kinds of bacteria were detected in the negative group, Moraxellaceae, Flavobacteriaceae were dominant microflora,81%、10%of flora; 12kinds of bacteria were detected in the weakly positive group, Rhizobiaceae、Caulobacteriaceae、Moraxellaceae、 Flavobacteriaceae were dominant microflora,31%、21%、18%、16% of flora; 12kinds of bacteria were detected in the strong positive group, Moraxellaceae、Flavobacteriaceae、 Rhizobiaceae were dominant microflora, About 48%、21%、12% in flora。Comparison between groups, At the level of Proteobacteri, The proportion of negative group to strong positive group decreased gradually; In Phycomycete, The proportion of R-Proteobacteria decreased significantly, proportion of Flat-sour bacteria risen, At the level of family pseudomonodaceae., compared with the negative group, The proportion of Moraxellaceae in weak positive and strong positive group decreased significantly, The Proportion of Flavobacteriaceae increased slightly, It is suggested that the changes of microflora composition and structure have a close relation with the occurrence and development of mastitis in dairy cows.
