| This design is to produce the machine based on vision potato classifier, and it adapted the requirements of potato production automation. This design usingmechanical&electrical integration and mechanical design theory and so on. It is also to design the nondestructive mechanical design for the implementation of the classification of potato classifierã€rapid positioning and potato transfer operation.Firstly, through the character of the elementary mechanics, it was designed the potato sorter for the whole potato classifier, including potato climbing roller transmissionã€potato soft brush removal of soil transmissionã€potato collection transmissionã€potato optical selective instrument matching transmissionã€potato hierarchical transmission. We made a design and research on the five parts of the potato climbing on the material of classifierã€potato outer surface cleaning processã€collection and transmission process ã€optical selective instrument matching transmission process and potato hierarchical transmission process.Secondly, it specifically referenced relevant parameter of Standards of the Ministry of Agriculture of China NY/T1066-2006. According to the relationship between quality and volume of potatoã€potato surface defect and deformity of the characteristics. The classification of potato classifier was made out. And in order to determine the size of the potato classifier for each design size of process.Thirdly, designing every process of the potato classifier, drawing each link of assembly chart and selecting the needed materials of the potato classifier parts and giving potato classifier of technical parameters, in order to ensure the reliability and stability of classifier.Fourthly, Using SolidWorks and Matlab software Simulink component respectively on potato grading of mechanical and electrical part of the simulation, verification of potato sorter mechanical design rationality and feasibility.The design of the potato classifier can be applied to potato purchase, wholesale, storage, in order to improve the production efficiency, save labor costs, it also has a certain economic value and application prospect. |
