Cordyceps militaris (Fr.) Link also called north Chinese caterpillar fungus. Growth environment was stricted in Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. Cordyceps sinensis was grew in romote areas, and its growth cycle is relatively long. its resources is less in the natural state.so,How to cultivate Cordyceps sinensis by artificial means is research hotspot of Cordyceps field. The study was confirmed that Cordyceps militaris was the best succedaneum of Cordyceps sinensis.Magnetized water was used to culture Se-Cordyceps militaris, significantly increased its production, cordycepin, cordyceps acid and polysaccharides content, The results were as follows:The range of three factors was screened by single factor test. When concentration of Se was varied without changing other conditions, Cordyceps Militaris’s biological efficiency were 78.29%,85.35%, 82.26%,81.16%,79.51%. Considering to effect of selenium on the growth of Cordyceps Militaris, Se concentration should be controlled between 3-7 mg/kg,7 mg/kg was the best.When Magnetic field intensity was varied without changing other conditions, Cordyceps Militaris’s biological efficiency were 81.9%,84.35%,81.02%,79.94%. Magnetic field intensity 0.1 T,0.2 T,0.3 T,0.4 T were chosen as the four levels of orthogonal test.When Magnetic drive was varied without changing other conditions, Cordyceps Militaris’s biological efficiency were 82.15%,84.35%,84.04%,82.78%,80.61%. Magnetic drive5 times,10 times,15 times,20 times as four levels of orthogonal test.Se concentration (A), magnetic field intensity (B), magnetic drive (C) were used as the three factors by using L16 (43) orthogonal. The effect of three factors with magnetized water cultured Se-Cordyceps Militaris:Se concentration (a)> magnetic field intensity (b)> magnetic drive (c). Se concentration was the most significant factors for biological efficiency, Biological efficiency increases se concentration increases, when the selenium concentration is too high, biological efficiency will decrease. Within the range of experimental design, Se concentration for 7 mg/kg, the magnetic field intensity for 0.4 T, magnetic drive for 10 times were chosen as the optimal conditions for the culture.Optimal conditions of orthogonal test were verified, biological efficiency of Se Cordyceps Militaris with magnetized water cultured were higher, the 17th treatment group biological efficiency is the highest, it is 85.34%,11.34%higher compared with the contrast;Selenium content of Se Cordyceps Militaris from 17 treatment groups with magnetized water cultured were higher than contrast, the difference between treatment groups was not significant, but compared with the control group, they were significant differences. Considering the yield of total selenium, the 17th treatment group selenium yiled is the higher, the 9th treatment group cordycepin content is the highst, it is 3.59 mg/kg; the 17th treatment group cordycepin content is 3.45mg/kg. the 9th treatment group cordycepin content is higher 4.05%than the 17th treatment group, butthe 9th treatment group biological efficiency is higher 3.99%than the 17th treatment group.Considering the yield of cordycepin, the 17th treatment group cordycepin yield is the highst, it is 60.13 mg/kg; the 9th treatment group Cordyceps acid content is highest,it is 65.57 mg/kg, the 11th, 12th,15th,and 16th cordyceps acid content is higher 1.55%,0.28%,0.60%,1.86% than 17th treatment group.Considering the yield of cordyceps acid, the 17th treatment group cordyceps acid yield is the highst, it is 31.25 mg/kg; the 5th treatment group cordyceps polysaccharide content is highest,it is 33.19 mg/kg, the lth,3th,5th,7th and 11th cordyceps polysaccharide content is higher 1.09%,0.77%,6.21%,7.62%, 1.38%than 17th treatment group.
