In recent years, with the development of UAV design technology, the high tide of the development of unmanned aerial vehicle is set off at home and abroad. The field of its application is expanding both in the military field or in the commercial field for civilian using, which has the irreplaceable important position. The low altitude monitoring system of UAV has the advantages of flexible operation, low cost, easy maintenance, simple operation and so on. UAV has been developed and widely used in forest fire prevention. But at present, the domestic research and development of UAV for forest fire prevention is relatively slow. So it is very meaningful to study the small UAV for forest fire prevention.Aircraft design is usually divided into two stages:the overall design and structural design. The overall design includes the design requirements, conceptual design and preliminary design, and structural design is mainly detailed design. Applying the aerodynamic related knowledge, and on the basis of the small UAV for forest fire prevention of design parameters, body structure, material analysis, dynamical systems and so on, the concept design and 3D modeling of the forest fire prevention and fire prevention small UAV are carried out, and some preliminary research work is carried out on the overall design and aerodynamic optimization of the forest fire prevention and fire prevention small UAV.Study basic theoretical research and design of the flight attitude control and the structure and control system, flight control law of small UAV for forest fire prevention. Based on analyzing the working principle and structure of the flight control system, the flight control system of the electronic control platform and its control equipment is established.The main part of the small UAV for forest fire prevention has been designed. The initial design optimization and improvement are done. The three-dimensional map of the improvement before and after is drawn. Through the comparison of UAV with similar structure on the market, it is found that there are problems in the design of the fuselage, and through the optimization of the fuselage design the performance of the small UAV for forest fire prevention was improved. Using the simulation software ANSYS-FLUENT, the aerodynamic shape optimization simulation of the small UAV for forest fire prevention is obvious.On the basis of the design requirements of the wing structure, the overall scheme design of the wing structure is done. Detailed design and partial optimization of wing, wing beam, floor, guide edge of the cap and tail bar are performed. Through the test and analysis on small UAV for forest fire prevention lift and drag and lift drag coefficient and stable value of aerodynamic parameters, graphics related parameters reflect the curve is drawn. Select the appropriate airfoil, determine the size, and finally determine the UAV maximum lift drag ratio, carries on the discussion to the stability of the UAV. In addition, based on ANSYS Workbench software, finite element analysis of small UAV for forest fire prevention and whole UAV modal simulation experiment are done and draw a conclusion.The work of this paper mainly force on small UAV for forest fire prevention overall design, design optimization and simulation to carry on the preliminary discussion. Research and analysis of the gas dynamic characteristics are done, which provides a basis and reference for the other new UAV structure optimization design.
