Windrow turner is a new type of agricultural machinery equipment for the organic fertilizer processing, stiring and throwing the materials in the organic fertilizer aerobic fermentation process is the main function,and the material pile’s internal temperature, humidity and oxygen are exchanged with that in the outside world to speed up the organic manure fermentation process to shorten production period.So, the quality of the organic fertilizer is influence by the working reliability.It is of great significance for the intensive study and application of Windrow turner based on the study of kinematics dynamics research of the working device, analyzing the working stability of this device. The motion law of Windrow turner is summarized by using the virtual prototype technology to simulate the working process and the simulation result,and putting forward improvement scheme by analyzing the reasons of vibration.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The Mathematical model of kinematics dynamics of Windrow turner is established based on the analysis of structure characteristics and working requirements of Windrow turner working device, and the relations between Windrow turner parameters and the working performance in theory is analyzed. The virtual prototype model of Windrow turner are established by using the three dimensional design software Solidworks and Solidworks motion, the working device’s velocity, displacement and the curve of the tool motion trajectory in the actual working conditions are obtained on the basis of the computation simulation results of virtual prototype technology.The dynamic effects such as the force of each joint point, motor torque and so on are obtained by dynamic simulation results, dynamics.The dynamic simulation results are validated from the experiment on the power of Windrow turner in the actual working condition, which lays the foundation for the further study of the working deviceAccording to vibration problems of the plate in the actual working condition, the rocker plate finite element model is established and its free modal and constraint modal are analyzed. The causes of the vibration of the rocker plate is the resonance phenomenon caused by similarity between first-order natural frequency of a constraint modal and vibration frequency is found on the basis of contrastive analysis between excitation frequency and modal frequency by the theory of vibration. The influence factors of the natural frequency of the rocker plate is analyzed based on the theory of vibration.The improvement program about improving the natural frequency of the rocker plate is put forward and its feasibility will be improved with the help of the modal analysis. And according to improving the structure and producing samples, the reasonable and reliable of structure is in practice.The reasonable reference for the improvement of vibration absorber of similar institutions is provided by the rocker plate vibration analysis and structure improvement. The development of the Windrow turner is made by the kinematics dynamics simulation of the working device.
