Enzyme preparation as a green additive, not only to eliminate the anti-nutritional factors in the diet,but also can promote digestion and absorption of dietary nutrients, improve conventional feed resources availability, improve feed conversion rates.People of all nationalities in Xinjiang region has habits of eating beef and mutton, so Xinjiang sheep farming enterprise is greater.With the increasing scale of farming enterprises, the shortage of feed is the problem that enterprises are facing.Under existing farmland remain unchanged,it is urgent to improve the utilization rate of feed and the digestibility of nutrients.Enzyme preparation has been very effective in the production of single stomach animal, but it is not much research on the enzyme preparation.So it is very important to improve the utilization rate of the feed.In this paper Angus beef as the research object, adding compound enzyme to the diets of beef cattle, study the effect of compound enzyme on growth performance, Angus beef blood biochemical index and nutrient digestibility.To explore the application effect of compound enzyme preparation, and to provide reference for practical production. The results are as follows:Experiment 1, Objective: Study the enzyme activity of the compound enzyme preparation. Methods:Complex enzyme components in enzyme activity is detected by the DNS method.Study the actual enzyme activity of each component enzyme in the compound enzyme preparation. Prepare for the next experiment.Result:(1) The compound enzyme preparation A of cellulase enzyme activity was 1003.33±15.10IU/g xylanase enzyme 3038.33±19.63IU/g,β-glucanase1951.66±10.68IU/g.(2)The compound enzyme preparation B of cellulase enzyme activity was 1010.33±10.93IU/g, xylanase enzyme1754.33±11.56IU/g,β- glucanase 2942.66±19.32IU/g.(3)The compound enzyme preparation C of cellulase enzyme activity was1584.66±18.97U/g, xylanase enzyme 2139.33±12.06IU/g,β-glucanase 1955.00±14.43IU/g.Summary: The results of the enzyme activity of the compound enzyme preparation in the test group were not quite different from that of the label on the label.Experiment 2, Objective: Study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the production performance and blood biochemical indexes of Angus beef cattle. Methods: Test selected 24 in the initial weight is 235±22.51 kg of Angus beef cattle, were randomly divided into a control group and three group.The experimental groupⅠ added compound enzyme preparation A,the experimental groupⅡ added compound enzyme preparation B,the experimental groupⅢ added compound enzyme preparation C.This experiment was adopted to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the production performance and blood biochemical indexes of Angus beef cattle by adding compound enzyme in the diets of Angus beef cattle. Result:(1) The experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅲaverage daily gain compared with the control group, the average daily gain were increased by 4.70%, 7.14%, 7.49%, the difference was significant(P <0.05).(2) The results of serum biochemical indexes showed that the total protein(TP)content of the experimental group Ⅰ, the experimental II, the experimental Ⅲcompared with the control group increased by 2.23%, 0.18%, 1.26%,Triglyceride(TG) content increased by 16.3%, 4.91%, 1.63%,respectively.Glucose(GLU) content change is not obvious,Urea nitrogen(UREA) content in theexperimental group than in the control group did not improve.Summary:The compound enzyme preparation can significantly improve the daily gain of beef cattle, increase of total protein and triglyceride content in the blood of the trend.Experiment 3, Objective: Study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the digestibility of nutrients in feed. Methods:The test groups were the same as experiment 2.The test detected conventional indicators of feed and fecal samples that collected. Study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on the digestibility of nutrients in feed.Result: Apparent digestibility of crude protein,NDF,ADF in the experiment I, II, III was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude fat in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Summary: The digestive rate of crude protein, neutral detergent fiber and acid washing fiber were significantly increased in the compound enzyme preparation.The above results show that the compound enzyme preparation in beef cattle growth process has the effect to improve the performance of production.
