In order to study the distribution of Bactrian camel bronchial artery in the lung, we used the ABS vascular casting methods, combined with scanning electron microscopy to construct Bactrian camel bronchial artery and the bronchial tree combined specimen, including macro-observation specimen and micro-observation specimen, as well as the bronchial tree specimen and bronchial artery and pulmonary vein combined specimen. The results are as follows:1. Construct a method to create the Bactrian camel bronchial artery specimen, including macro-observation and micro-observation specimens.2. Bactrian camel bronchial tree branch as follows: left apical lobe bronchus are divided into anterior and posterior segment bronchi, left diaphragmatic lobe includes four segment bronchi system: dorsal segment bronchi, ventral segment bronchi, lateral segment bronchi and medial segment bronchi; right apical lobe bronchus are divided into anterior and posterior segment bronchus, accessory lobe bronchus are divided into dorsal and ventral segment bronchus, right diaphragmatic lobe bronchus are also divided into four segment bronchi: dorsal segment bronchi, ventral segment bronchi, lateral segment bronchi and medial segment bronchi.3. The characteristic of the Bactrian camel bronchial artery: Bactrian camel bronchial artery generally originated in the thoracic aorta, after arterial ligament, before the first intercostal arteries, while a few openings on the left subclavian artery, also opening with intercostal artery. Opening type is generally double opening. After bronchial artery entering into the lungs, the bronchial artery walks depending on bronchi, and each bronchus usually have 1-2 concomitant bronchial artery in the ventromedial and dorsolateral bronchi. Otherwise, we also found that one bronchial artery distributing on multiple segment bronchi. The concomitant bronchial artery trunk divides tiny branches wrapping around the bronchi, forming vascular network sets.From the level of the three branches of the main bronchus, bronchi and bronchioles, the structure of the surface of the vascular nets is broadly similar: there are three layers of the vascular nets, the outer layer is constituted by bronchial artery trunk, the middle layer is annular blood vessels, the inner layer is like fences, and every vessel is connected by capillary network.4. The characteristics of Bactrian camel bronchial arterial microvasculature: The bronchial artery was found at pleural surface, which suggested that bronchial artery be one of the sources of pleural blood vessels. There are two ways to supply the pleural, including directly supporting and indirectly supporting. The arterial vascular network at pleural layer was coarse. Alveolar capillaries is like the basket mesh, wrapping around the surface of the alveoli, the overall like honeycomb. There is widespread agreement pleural layer of the alveolar capillary network under its capillary network.
