Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis And Duodenal Bulb Ulcer Of Helicobacter Pylori By Jinghuaweikang Combined With Quadruple Therapy

Objective:Helicobacter pylori,referred to as"H.pylori,is an important pathogen of chronic active gastritis and peptic ulcer disease,.Jinghua weikang is a kind of antimicrobial activity of traditional Chinese medicine.This article mainly explore the efficacy of Jinghuaweikang capsule combined with quadruple therapy as the treatment for chronic gastritis and duodenal bulb ulcer of helicobacter pylori.Methods:Selecting from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital outpatient clinic,who has the electronic gastroscope and rapid urease test or ¹³C urea breath test diagnosed chronic gastritis and duodenal bulb ulcers H.pylori infection,with a total of 130 cases,as the research object.Among them,63 patients with H.pylori positive chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups:Group A?32 cases?were treated with clarithromycin 500mg bid+tinidazole 500mg bid+bismuth potassium citrate 220mg bid+rabeprazole 20mg bid+Jinghuaweikang 160mg tid for14 days.Group B?31 cases?were treated with clarithromycin 500mg bid+tinidazole500mgbid+bismuthpotassiumcitrate220mg bid+rabeprazole 20mg bid for 14 days.Sixty-seven cases of H.pylori positive duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.:Group C?31 cases?:The drug is the same as group A;Group D?36 cases?:The drug is the same as group C.In the fourth week after the treatment,¹³C urea exhalation test or electronic gastroscope were reviewed to evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions.Results:A total of 130 patients with helicobacter pylori infection were included in this study,32 in group A,31 in group B,31 in group C,and 36in group D.In Chronic gastritis group,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in groups A and B were 81.25%and 70.97%in group B,there was no statistically significant differences in the two groups.But after treatment,the improvement of abdominal pain,abdominal distension and acid reflux symptoms for patients in group A was better than those in group B,and the difference is statistically significant;In Duodenal ulcer group,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in groups C and group D were 83.87%and 77.78%,there was no statistically significant differences in the two groups.But after treatment,the improvement of abdominal pain and abdominal distension for patients in group C was better than those in group D,difference have statistical significance;Ulcer healing rate of group C was90.32%,S2 gain rate was 70.97%.The ulcer healing rate of group D was69.44%,the S2 gain rate was 47.22%.There were statistically significant differents in ulcer healing rate and S2 gain rate between the group C and group D.Conclusion:Jinghuaweikang combined with quadruple therapy as the treatment for chronic gastritis and duodenal bulb ulcer of helicobacter pylori has same eradication rate compared with bismuth quadruple therapy.The eradication of H.pylori is beneficial to the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis and duodenal bulb ulcer.Jinghuaweikang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain,abdominal distension,acid regurgitation.Jinghuaweikang can promote the healing of duodenal bulb ulcer,increase the gain rate of S2,which has good therapeutic effect.
