Age Related Description Research And Analysis Of Hypertension Out-patient Medication Therapy

Object:Hypertension is one of the most important diseases which threat the health of people in our country. Even the guidelines play a very important role in the standard therapy of hypertension, but the age related changes and variety kinds of medication still limited the effect in real world. In this article, according to the out-patient of different kinds of hospital, investigate the pharmacy situation of Chinese and Western integrative medicine hypertension treatment, and analysis underling reason and future direction of development.Method:Selected the2012all year prescriptions of municipal western hospital, municipal Chinese hospital and two community hospitals, analysis the condition of variety and the usage of out-patient pharmacy based on age, gender, time and other basic data.Result: This research collected154262prescriptions of municipal western hospital,164175prescriptions of municipal Chinese hospital and22788prescriptions of two community hospitals. The average age of community hospitals is64±11years old, and is older than the other two hospitals. The patients that more than60years old prefer go to community hospital and Chinese hospital. All of the hospitals have their characters in the using of medication. They all use CCB and ARB as the main kind in treating hypertension, exactly in community hospitals. ACEI is not very popular in Chinese hospital, β-RB and diuretics were not very popular in community hospitals. In the age of75to79years old, multiple medications are very outstanding, exactly in municipal western hospital. The out-patient prescriptions show relation with temperature. In the prescriptions of Chinese therapy, a relationship of season is more particular than the western medication.Conclusion: This is the first Chinese and Western integrative medicine research based on the different kinds of hospitals.In the using of antihypertensive medicine, western medicine departments are more standard than the Chinese ones, however, in risk factor management, the condition is opposite. Chinese medicine has a great mass base in hypertension patients, so the exploitation of more effective Chinese and Western medicine has a great signality in hypertension treatment. The relationship between medicine and month temperature shows the adjustment of pharmacy depended on weather variation is necessary.
