Therapeutic Evaluation Of Bushenhuoxue Decoction Combined Compound Danshen Injections In Treating With The Kidney Asthenia And Blood Stasis Type Of Luteinized Unrupturedfollicle Syndrome

Objective： This topic through clinical observation and research, evaluation ofBushenhuoxue decoction combined compound danshen injections in patients with the kidneyasthenia and blood stasis type of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome in the clinicalcurative effect. Through this law treatment,eventually estimate the curative effect,and lookfor a safe,effective treatment.Methods: According to the cluster sampling method,collect the patients ingynecological clinic of Henan Province Hospital of TCM during2012.10～2013.10.Adopting randomized way,60patients with infertility belong to the type of deficiency of thekidney asthenia and blood stasis caused by LUFS were divided into the trailgroup(30cases,took Bushenhuoxue decoction and compound danshen injections) and thecontrol group (30cases, took HCG). Both groups to three periods of treatment. In patientswith Chinese medicine symptom improvement situation, restore ovulation as observationindexes, compared before and after treatment of their own and the comparison betweengroups, comprehensive judging curative effect treated with statistical analysis method.Results：①Through the t test,there was significant integral difference on treatment group inpretherapy and post-treatment(P＜0.05);But there was no significant integral difference on controlgroup in pretherapy and post-treatment(P＞0.05);There was significant integral difference betweenthe treatment group and control group after the treatment(P＜0.05);Through the WilcoxonMann-Whitney,there was significant difference on curative effect of TCM syndrome between thetreatment group and control group after the treatment(P＜0.05);②Ovulation rate oftreatment group was66.7％, recurrence rate of LUF cycles was33.3％,the ovulation rate ofthe control group was50.6％, recurrence rate of LUF cycles was49.4％. Two groups havesignificant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion:①The method of Bushenhuoxue decoction combined compound danshen injections can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency in patients withblood stasis;②The method of Bushenhuoxue decoction combined compound dansheninjections can effectively increase ovulation rate,reduce the cycles of LUF.
