The Influence Of The Patients With Ovulation Of Oral Medicinecooperated With Enema (??) And HCG Injection In Treating With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Luteinized Unrupturedfollicle Syndrome

Objective:Through the observation and study of the treatment group and control group of kidney and blood stasis type LUFS ovulation rate,to probe advantage of oral medicine cooperated with enema and HCG injection in treating with Luteinized unrupturedfollicle syndrome and provide objective basis for clinical application and promotion?Methods: Collect randomly 60 patients conforming to the diagnosis and included in the standard in gynecological clinic of Henan Province Hospital of TCM during 2014.10 ~ 2015.10.Using completely random scheme.Completely random divided into two groups,as invigorate the kidney invigorate the circulation of the oral + enema clyster + HCG injection for the treatment group,a total of 35 cases.By injection with velvet gonadotrophin(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)needle for the control group,a total of 35 cases.Treatment of three menstrual cycles.Observing ovulation rate of the two groups after treatment,comparing the two groups before and after treatment on the day of HCG injection needle injection(not)blood LH levels,compared two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral.Results:(1)Into the group of patients before types,age,course of the disease,infertility treatment of TCM syndrome integral and blood LH level after statistics analysis,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05),two groups of baseline data comparable.(2)Treatment group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome after statistics analysis,was statistically significant(P<0.05),the control group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome after statistics analysis,there is no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(3)Ovulation rate 71.9% treatment group,control group ovulation rate is 52.9%,after statistics analysis,two groups of ovulation rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The treatment group before and after treatment the blood LH levels after statistics analysis,was statistically significant(P<0.05);The control group before and after treatment the blood LH levels after statistics analysis,was no statistically significant(P>0.05);The two groups after treatment the blood LH levels after statistics analysis,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Oral medicine and enema combined HCG on LUFS patients with kidney and blood stasis type of TCM clinical syndrome has improved action;(2)Oral medicine and enema combined HCG in kidney and blood stasis type of LUFS patients increase ovulation rate;(3)Oral medicine and enema combined HCG injection can improve the kidney and blood stasis type of LUFS patients on the day of HCG injection(not)injection of LH levels.(4)The treatment group to improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,improve the effect of ovulation rate and improve the level of blood LH were better than the control group.
