Objective:based on the traditional Chinese medicine with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee joint injection of multi-channel comprehensive treatment of the clinical effect of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, for the treatment of moderately severe knee osteoarthritis to find a more reasonable clinical treatment, reduce the waste of medical resources.Methods:the object of study for orthopedics outpatient moderately severe knee osteoarthritis patients, we apply the Kellgren and Lawrence radiological diagnosis standard, the standard osteoarthritis can be divided into5levels. Selection of moderately severe cases of knee osteoarthritis. Selection into the standard by excluding filter of moderately severe knee osteoarthritis patients60cases as test subjects, and according to the SAS randomized program design scheme cases were randomly divided into treatment group (+intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate) of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group (intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate)30cases, the number of cases a ratio of1:1, patients in each group were active functional exercise of knee joint (including knee joint mobility and quadriceps functional exercise). Record and observe the following indicators:before and after the end of half an year treatment knee WOMAC score (including pain, stiffness and daily functions), knee pain VAS score, effective evaluation and diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard subjects to treatment the overall evaluation, then record data input computer, set up the database, using spass19.0package, for the treatment of each group carried out a statistical analysis on the datas and the component differences before and after the treatment.Results:Duhuojisheng Decoctionplus traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao+intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate group (experimental group),pure sodium hyaluronategroup (the control group) before and after treatment were observed in the WOMAC knee functional score(including total score,pain, stiffness, function score),curative effectof patients with knee pain score and VAS score,onthe whole evaluation of the effect of the differences were statistically significant(p&1t;0.05),the treatment group and the control groupWOMAC knee score(including totalscore,pain, stiffness, knee joint function score), overall pain VAS score, curative effect scores and patientsfor efficacy evaluation of the differences were statistically significant (p&1t;0.05),the above two groups of treatment can reduce the knee pain in patients withknee osteoarthritis,relieve symptoms and improve the life quality of the patients, but the treatment effect of the former and the satisfaction of patients on treatment effect is better than that of the latter.Conclusion:Through theobservation of the study found that the two groups of knee osteoarthritisand improve the clinical symptoms,reduce joint pain,curative effect of improving joint function, but the overall integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment in improving the clinical symptoms,signs and improve the quality of life of patients is superiorto pure sodium hyaluronate group, and there was no adverse reactions, so that combined Chinese and Western medicinetotherapyhas good effect onknee osteoarthritis.
