| BackgroundWith the aging of the population and the improvement of cardiovascular disease diagnosis technology, the incidence of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease are increasing. Vascular endothelial growth factor is a specific endothelial cell proliferation promoting cytokines and increase vascular permeability, can promote vessels growth. Studies have found that concentration vascular endothelial growth factor increased in patients with coronary heart disease, so this experimental study Danhong, Tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) affect the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease in elderly.ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of the Danhong, TMP which stimulate circulation to end stasis. They affect the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with coronary heart disease in elderly.MethodsIn this study, elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, two groups were given anti-platelet, basic treatment of coronary artery dilation, blood ester transfer test groups were added Danhong Chinese patent medicines, TMP, astragalus, through granule, a course of treatment. Before and after treatment were measured in plasma concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor, and with the control group and the same group before treatment were statistically analyzed.All elderly patients with coronary heart disease participate in this stuy,according to the coronary angiographic findings and Gensini score, with mild stenosis and moderate stenosis,. All the patients were randomly divided into Danhong and TMP group. The patients in Danhong group were randomly assigned to experiment and control group. The TMP groups were divided into experiment and control group. Both groups were given anti-platelet and dilate coronary arteries, the lipid regulating, the test groups were treated with Danhong or TMP for2weeks. The concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor were tested before the treatment and post treatment. All data were analyzed via SPSS17.0.Results(1) VEGF levels between statistically significantly different narrow (P<0.01); each compared the differences between the two groups had statistically significantly (P<0.01).(2) The VEGF levels before treatment group and the control group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(3) The proprietary Chinese medicines in patients with senile coronary heart disease with blood stasis effects of Danhong and ligustrazine after treatment, increased plasma concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor in striking, compared with before treatment and control group differences are statistically significantly (P<0.01).ConclusionsDanhong TMP can increase the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Danhong TMP can improve clinical symptoms of patients. |
