ObjectiveOpticalcoherence tomography(OCT), measurement and quantitative analysis of compoundXueshuantong treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME)changes in macular thickness after laser surgery, and evaluation of drug efficacy in the treatment of DME.MethodsFebruary2013-2014February Hainan Provincial Hospital, HaikouCity p-eop-le’sospital of Ophthalmology and eye clinic diagnosed patients with diabetic macula redema。, age30-70years old patients with diabetic macular edema as observational studies randomly divided into observation group and control group20cases, including the observation group,11males (15eyes),9females (15eyes) in the control group,10males (16eyes),10females (15). Experimental study of two groups of patients during the strict control of blood sugar, and aggressive treatment of primary disease, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia. Experimental values and the observation group by the United States IRIDEX GL ophthalmology laser machine for laser treatment, including full retinal photocoagulation, focal photocoagulation, laser grid Photoco agu lation. Each eye for1to2times a second laser photocoagulation, the observation group with compound Xueshuantong, each1.5g,3times/d. Two rows detailed eye examination, including visual acuity, binocular non-contact intraocular press-ure,slit lamp microscope. Before recording two after surgery two weeks, after two months, three months after the best corrected visual acuity and foveal thickness OCT values, results in (x±s) expressed and analyzed statistically.ResultsThe general information of the study group and the control group selected cases (age, gender, duration of diabetes, hypertension) showed no significant difference (P>0.05);two groups preoperative best corrected visual acuity,no significant difference (P>0.05);macular foveal thickness was compared between the two groups before surgery, there was no significant difference in (P>0.05). The two groups were comparable.1.central foveal thickness value comparison:after2weeks, the experim ental group (350.53+29.30) and control group (344.00±22.54), the independent sample t test, no significant difference (P>0.05);2months after surgery, the experimental group (264.93±24.04) and control group (292.55±17.99), the inde pendent samples t test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3months after surgery, the experimental group (183.63+24.25) and control group (228.84+21.21), the independent sample t test, the difference was stati-stically significant (P<0.05);2. best corrected visual acuity:after2weeks,the experimental group (0.255+0.10) and control group (0.265±0.08),the independent sample t test, no significant difference (P>0.05);2months after surgery, the experimental group (0.355+0.09) and control group (0.308±0.08) ratio is,the independent sample t test, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);3months after surgery, the experimental group (0.419±0.07) and control group (0.309±0.09), the independent sample t test, he difference was tstatistically sign-ificant (P<0.05);3. Correlation analysis:before surgery, two weeks, twomonths, Three months BCVA compared with foveal thickness value, the thicker foveal thickness and visual acuity wonrse, egative correlation.ConclusionQuantitative analysis by OCT confirmed compound Xueshuantong DME laser surgery can reduce foveal edema time, its performance in the fall foveal thic-kness and visual acuity improved, suggesting that the compound may be used as observation methods DME reatment efficacy Xueshuantong meansof evaluation...
