Buried sand therapy referred to as sand therapy, is a kind of special treatment inthe Uygur Medicine, it is the use of Xinjiang’s unique geography and climate andmagnetic sand body,comprehensive physical therapy, physical therapy, magnetictherapy integrates thermotherapyand phototherapy is composed.In this paper, focus and significance of the research lies in the use of experimentandsimulation, two kinds of research methods, the relative change of the sand therapybefore and after the physiology indexes and blood flow through the body sand therapyexperiments,simulation is to solve the problem of sand therapy for femoral arteryblood flow in the numerical simulation using finite element analysis method, the flowof blood, variation of mechanicalproperties, as well as the interaction between the two.The results of comparison of the two, to prove the validity of sand therapy, the curemechanism of verification of Uyghur sand therapy,useful for research treatment ofsand. The specific contents are as follows:Firstly, according to the characteristics of sand therapy, perfect designexperiment schemestrict. The first heating on sand body, using2700data acquisitioninstrument to collect temperature, to be buried by sand temperature, choose10Hanmale students as experimentalsubjects, the experiment lasted7days, once a day, every30minutes; multi parameter ECG monitor and Cai Chaoyi used in the experiment, thesubjects of sand the treatment of subjectsto detect physiological indices and bloodflow index, and record the experiment data.Secondly, before and after the sand treatment process using statistical dataprocessingsoftware SPSS16.0for processing the parameters, the purpose is toeliminate individual differences, analysis results, combined with the actual situation inthat: changes in human physiology indexes before and after sand therapy, humanphysiology index is more close to the normal level after sand sand treatment; after treatment unit has also improved artery hemodynamics, blood flow is more smooth,the blood circulation of the human body can be improved.Once again, the human lower limb CT scanning images, into MIMICS, byrendering the color, to distinguish between them, we can see a clear femoral artery3Dmodel, carries on theextraction, due to the complex model is not conducive to thefinite element analysis, we simplify the model into the finite element analysis, thesimplified model, get the femoral artery blood flow velocity, pressure, stressdistribution, results show: sand therapy after passing before treatment blood velocityincreased significantly, the pressure has increased significantly in the same gradientsand after treatment than before treatment, stress sand therapy after passingbeforetreatment also increased to a certain value amplitude.
