There are a lot of achievements O n the treatment of osteoarthritis in the field of clinical medicine in recent years there are a lot of achievements.Although the treatment of osteoarthritis has a variety of physical therapy,but the mechanism of various treatment methods are also different.Among them,sand therapy is one of the most effective methods of treatment,there are many kinds of magnetic mineral sand body composition,and there are a lot of practice has proved that the therapeutic effect of various therapeutic instrument in the treatment of bone disease is very good indeed.For these reasons,we combined sand therapy and magnetic therapy to study the positive effects of the treatment of osteoarthritis,and to provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment.The femur is the main frame of the animal body under load,there is a close relationship between the function and the mechanical properties of calcaneal bone volume of tissue,So this paper mainly analyzes the two kinds of therapy on bone,compact bone and soft bone bone mass change and the mutual transformation between them and the relationship between the biological mechanics performance,And for more physical simulation and numerical simulation thermal field produced by thermal stress,And study the therapeutic effect of the two kinds of treatment on the mechanical behavior of OA rabbit bone mass change and mechanism..This experiment choose similar weight and healthy male New Zealand white rabbit as experimental object,After the subjects to adapt to the new environment Subjects articular cavity injection concentration of 3% of Papain proteolytic enzyme method to establish model of OA,Sand and sand were randomly divided into treatment group and the thermomagnetic treatment group.Sand treatment experiment in thermal magnetic sand treatment equipment homemade in and around the femur of the rabbit buried sand treatment,does not provide a magnetic field,thermal magnetic sand treatment experiment in the surrounding sand treatment equipment,thermal magnetic sand and buried rabbit femur while providing magnetic field treatment.Using the computer tomography(CT)to obtain rabbit scanning data,Materialise's interactive medical image control system(Mimics)C T data acquisition and processing,the three-dimensional model of the bony layers of femur,muscle and bone volume.Through the three point bending and compression experiments,the mechanical properties of the femur were analyzed.After the experiment,the finite element method was used to simulate the heat transfer of the biological tissue of the animal model.The experimental results showed that the rabbit with OA,than the healthy soft bone volume have increased significantly,hard bone volume has decreased significantly,after treatment,soft bone volume has decreased significantly,hard bone volume has been significantly increased.By comparing the two kinds of CT scan data results after treatment,Sand treatment group of soft reduction of bone mass and bone hard bone bone is bigger than the increasing amount of hot sand magnetic therapy group of soft reduction of bone mass and bone hard bone increased bone mass,After complete the relevant biomechanics experiment,found that the biomechanical indexes of the same sand therapy group than the magnetic therapy group.Using multiple physical fields software for biological heat transfer numerical simulation model of OA.The simulation calculation of the thermal stress caused by hot field improved the adaptability of femoral mechanical function and promote the bone reconstruction.We finally concluded that although the two kinds of treatment of OA rabbits with relief,but the effect of magnetic sand sand therapy for specific heat treatment is more obvious,Reason is quite likely the our thermomagnetic sand in combination therapy instrument failed to make the thermal field and magnetic field,thus the thermal magnetic sand treatment group has a negative effect on OA rabbits.
