Uyghur sand therapy is a treat disease by combination of thermal, magnetic or mechanical methods. The paper using a combination of experimental and simulation methods, study in Uighur medicine sand therapy pressure(buried sediment thickness) and temperature(heat transfer) influence each other. In indoor sand therapy(seasons sand therapy) system in the, select each group 16 people four group by try who, buried sand temperature respectively for 45℃and50℃, pressure(buried sand thickness) respectively for 10 cm and 20 cm, buried sand time for 30 min, while collection lower limb skin surface each test points(up, down, left, right) pressure and temperature of dynamic changes data, and monitoring sand therapy before and after human physiology indicators, continued ten days.Using the Mimics software, Geomagic reverse modeling software and Pro/E, intercepted 20 cm long legs part human hierarchies(skin, muscle, and bone layers) solid model.Set each layer of the human thigh is isotropic linear elastic body, experimental data as a boundary condition in Ansys to simulate each layer in different temperature and pressure of the deformation and stress. Results: 1. Effect of temperature on pressure。when submerged sand thickn ess of 10 cm, sand-body initial temperature respectively45℃and50℃, four point srespectively(top,down,left,right)surfacestressincreasedthevalueof0.093 Kpa,0.173 Kp a,0.167 Kpa,0.169Kpa;Buried sand thickness of 20 cm, the initial temperature r espectively ware 45℃and50℃,four surface stress respectively increased the valu e of 0.061 Kpa,0.14 Kpa,0.085 Kpa,0.247 Kpa.2. the effect of stress on temperature. initial temperature was 45℃, buried sediment thickness is 10 cm and 20 cm, the skin of lower limb table point te mperature fell 4.63℃, 6 ℃,3.96℃, 3.16℃;3.44℃, 4.4℃, 3℃, 2.83℃.Initial temperature is 50℃, buried sediment thickness is 10 cm and 20 cm, the skin of lower limb table point temperature dropped 7.74℃, 9.33℃, 6.77℃, 6.41℃;5.16℃, 7.43℃, 5.17℃, 4.62℃.3.The same buried sand thickness, different temperatures, when the temperature is higher, physiologic changes.the same Te mperature, different thickness of heart rate after sand therapy significantly faste r than before the sand therapy, buried sand thickness is 20 cm higher than 10 cm, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure sand therapy than sand treatment decr eased, and submerged sand thickness of 20 cm more than 10 cm.Results: 1. effect of temperature on pressure, submerged sand thickness of 10 cm, the initial temperature of 50℃ more than 45℃, and maximum displacement rose by an average of 2.45 mm, equivalent stress increased an average maximum of 0.046 Mpa.Buried sand thickness of 20 cm, initial temperature of 50℃than 45℃, the average increase in the maximum displacement of 3.42 mm, equivalent stress increased an average maximum of 0.08 Mpa.2. the effect of stress on temperature, initial temperature was 45℃, buried sediment thickness is 10 cm and 20 cm, respectively in t=5min,15 min,30min shows the distribution of temperature field: the maximum temperature in the skin table respectively 42.88℃, 41.37℃, 40.39 ℃;44.69℃,43.64℃, 41.8℃。Initial temperature is 50℃, buried when the sediment thickness is 10 cm and 20 cm respectively in t=5min,15 min,30min time temperature distribution for: 47.08℃, 44.36℃, 41.69℃;48.37℃, 45.76℃, 43.81℃。Conclusions:1.On the same pressure, under different temperature, when temperature is high stress and maximum displacement of the lower limb every measuring point has been increased, but the difference is not very large, indicating that temperature has a certain impact on stress, but it’s not very obvious;2. On the same temperature, under different pressures, buried sand thickness in the range of 10-20 cm, the more pressure, temperature decay in slow sand thermal insulation for a long time, good effect of heat and low environmental impact3. the maximum displacement of the lower surface;Point of contact maximum equivalent stress distribution in bone and muscle. The results of experimental research and simulation showed that sand therapy is effected by both pressure and temperature.
