The Clinic Curative Effect Observation Of Combination Of The Yi Suan He Jiang Fang Prescription And Omeprazole In Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of omeprazole and the YiSuanHeJiang Prescription composed by the guideline of Soothing the Liver, clearing away heat, regulating stomach and keeping the adverse energy downwardon in treating reflux esophagitis,and to explore the method of integrated Chinese and western medicine for treating reflux esophagitis, in order to further improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.Methods:Sixty patients of reflux esophagitis conformed with the inclusive criteria were elected,they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated orally with omeprazole,the treatment group treated with YiSuanHeJiang prescription and take omeprazole at the same time.The course of treatment was8weeks. Comparing the therapeutic effect including the clinical symptoms, the effects and classification of endoscopy and serum gastrin changes before and after treatment.The sixteen weeks follow-up after the end of treatment,observe the recurrence.Results:Clinical research showed that the total effective rate was93.3%in YiSuanHeJiang prescription group,much better than that in control group(83.3%), the difference had statistical significance (p<0.05). Compared with the symptoms improved RDQ point has statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment,no difference in group comparison. Compared with the effects and classification of endoscopy has statistical significance in two groups before and after treatment,no difference in group comparison. Compared with the control group, higher serum gastrin lever was observed in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).The difference of recurrence rate after withdraw between two groups had statistical significance (p<0.05). Few adverse reactions were emerging in the research.Conclusion:YiSuanHeJiang Prescription is an effective prescription in treating reflux esophagitis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with reflux esophagitis and increase serum gastrin lever, its effect is lasting,the preventive effect on recurrence is obvious and its adverse reaction is few.
