Influence factors of medical staff satisfaction and learning ability. Usingindependent samples T-test and analysis of variance shows that length of service andage has significant impact on office learning ability and individual learning ability.Degree has a significant influence on the learning ability of office, team andindividual(P<0.05). There is statistically significant difference in different titles ofmedical staff in the learning ability of office and team(P<0.05)and the higher titlemedical staff evaluate the higher of the learning outcomes in the office. The workinghours, income level and the opportunities of training and learning have statistically significant difference in the learning ability of office, team and individual(P<0.05).2. The compare results of office learning ability, team learning ability and individuallearning ability in difference departments. Variance analysis shows that the learning ofdifferent departments have statistical significance (P<0.05) and the medicaldepartment has the strongest team learning ability.
