Clinical Observation And Evaluation Of The Efficiency Of Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao Treating Cancer Pain

Objective:The study is aimed to observe the clinical efficiency of cancer pain using Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao.Evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of the Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao, and explore the possible mechanism.Methods:60cases of moderately severe cancer pain patients were chosen and randomly divided into two groups,30cases of control group were treated with OxyContin only,another30cases of trial group were treated with Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao and OxyContin.After14days of treatment,compare the patients of the two groups in degree of pain relief,analgesic effect of time, continuous control pain time,the use of OxyContin,clinical symptom amelioration,QOL score,KPS score, drug adverse reactions,and analyze the differences between the two groups.Results:1.On the basis of effective analgesic OxyContin, add Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao can further reduce cancer pain, pain relief rate was83.3%, compared with single OxyContin more can control the cancer pain (43.3%).2.Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao with OxyContin analgesic therapy, can prolong the continuous control pain time, reduce the use of OxyContin, compared the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05), the impact is not big on the analgesic effect of time, there was no statistically significant difference compared the two groups (P>0.05).3.Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao with OxyContin analgesic therapy, can improve constipation caused by OxyContin and other adverse reactions, can obviously improve the KPS score, the TCM clinical symptom and the quality of life of patients.4. Local external use with Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao was safe and effective, no systemic adverse reactions.Conclusion:Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao with OxyContin analgesic therapy, can enhance the analgesic effect, prolong the continuous control pain time, reduce the use of OxyContin, improve constipation caused by OxyContin, improve the TCM clinical symptom and the quality of life of patients, and Chan Fu Zhi Tong Gao local external use was safe and convenient for most of the patients with cancer pam.
