Evaluation Of The Efficacy Of Aorei Gel In Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Stagnated Heat In Liver And Stomach Syndrome And Its Effect On HIF-1? And PPAR?

Objective: This study was to investigate the changes of HIF-1? and PPAR? levels and the improvement of the main symptoms in patients with reflux esophagitis before and after treatment,and to further explore the efficacy of Aorui gel in the treatment of reflux esophagitis and liver-Internal mechanism of action for the promotion and application of RE in the treatment to provide an important theoretical and clinical basis.Methods: 60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of reflux esophagitis,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1: 1.In the control group,30 patients were treated with Aorei Gel simulant and combined with proton pump inhibitor omeprazole enteric-coated capsules.The treatment group received 30 cases of positive drug Aurui gel,combined with proton pump inhibitor omeprazole enteric Treatment of capsules.The above two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by clinical symptom score and endoscopic score.The differences of HIF-1? and PPAR? levels in esophageal mucosa were observed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)before and after treatment.Results: 1 There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,height,weight,duration of disease,and so on.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).2 Indicating that the treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with reflux esophagitis,endoscopic performance is superior to the control group in the two groups of patients after the symptom score and endoscopic score,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 The cure rate was 71.43% in the treatment group and 51.85% in the control group.The total effective rates of the two groups were 96.43% and 74.07%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that in the comprehensive clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.4 The levels of HIF-1? and PPAR? in esophageal tissues were significantly higher than those in the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups.The levels of HIF-1? and PPAR? in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05),and the levels of HIF-1? and PPAR? in the esophageal tissues were significantly lower than those in the control group Better than the control group.5 Comparison of two groups of safety indicators: two groups of patients after treatment of blood,liver and kidney function and other biochemical indicators were no significant abnormalities,indicating that the two groups of drugs used in non-toxic side effects,and clinical use of safety.Conclusions: 1 Aorui gel with qi heat detoxification,liver and stomach Jiangni effect,can significantly improve the reflux esophagitis liver and stomach heat syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms and endoscopic performance,clinical application of safety.2 Aorui gel can down-regulate the expression of HIF-1? and PPAR? in esophageal tissues,thereby improving the hypoxia microenvironment changes in the esophageal mucosal inflammatory condition and achieve the purpose of healing reflux esophagitis.
