Object:to discuss the clinical curative efficacy and safety for Shu-Gan-Qing-Wei Decoction to treat reflux esophagitis Stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome.Method:to select60outpatients with reflux esophagitis&Stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndromethat have been with clinic treatment in dept of stomach and spleens diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine during Jan to Dec of2014, according to the random principle to divide them into experimental group and control group, to treat them with dosage in, Shu-Gan-Qing-Wei Decoction and Omeprazole combined Mosapride separately for4weeks; and then observe their changes in symptoms before and after treatment, physical signs, Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes grading and the mucous membrane under digestive endoscopy, to conduct the comparison and analysis.Results:the group with Shu-Gan-Qing-Wei Decoction with total rate of clinic curative efficacy up to90%, and73.33%in the same ratio as the group with Omeprazole combined Mosapride, among these two groups there’s significant difference (p<0.05) in comparison of their Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes grading before and after treatment; the intra-group curative efficacy in each group is with significant difference (p<0.05) in Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes grading, just through comparison in mucous membrane of esophagus under endoscopy between the two groups before and after treatment. With comparison in mucous membrane of esophagus under endoscopy between the two groups after treatment, through group t-test p=0.0022(p<0.01), it has significant difference; with comparison in typical symptoms (as heartburn, sour regurgitation) before and after treatment, there’s no statistical significance(P>0.05) in heartburn and sour regurgitation after treatment between the two groups, but the comparison in before and after treatment of two groups shows obvious statistical significance, during the treatment there’s no such as renal function injury and other adverse reactions occurred both in two groups. Conclusion:Shu-Gan-Qing-Wei Decoction shall obviously improve clinical symptom, physical signs and eophageal mucosal inflammation of the patients with reflux esophagitis&Stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome, with the characters of quite good clinical curative efficacy, fast action and easy in taking, Shu-Gan-Qing-Wei Decoction shall be the safe and effective prescription&decoction for clinical treatment to reflux esophagitis&Stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome. |
