Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationgship of the expression of apoptosis-associated genes BAK,cFLIP,metastasis associated gene Twist,Tip30in ovarian endometriosis tissue and the biological behaviors of endometriosis. Methods Eutopic and ectopic tissues of ovarian endometriosis accepted laparoscopic surgery were took in40cases, including20cases in proliferate phase,20cases in secretory phase,14cases in mild group (Ⅰ-Ⅱ) and26cases in severity group (Ⅲ-Ⅳ).The normal endomertium tissues40cases obtain uterine myoma were control group, including18cases in proliferate phase,22cases in secretory phase. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of BAK, cFLIP, Twist and Tip30protein,then analyed the results combined with the clinic pathologic features. Results1、apoptosis gene BAK:①The expression of BAK protein was found in the glandular epithelial cells of the three different endometrial tissues.②The expression of BAK protein was Increased gradually in ectopic endometrial,in eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium tissue and there was significantly difference between every two groups.③In normal endometrium, The expression of BAK protein in secretory phase was higher than that in proliferative phase,P<0.05. in ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrial tissue, The expression of BAK protein in secretive phase showed no statistically significant difierence with that in proliferative phase, P>0.05.④The expression of BAK protein in severe group (Ⅲ-Ⅳperiod) was lower than mild group (Ⅰ-Ⅱperiod) both in ectopic or eutopic endometrial tissues. The difference have statistical significance, P<0.05.2、apoptosis suppressor gene cFLIP:①The expres-sion of cFLIP protein gene was found in the glandular epithelial cells of the three different endometrial tissues.②The expression of cFLIP protein was increased gradually in normal endometrium tissue,in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissue and there was significantly difference between every two groups, P<0.05.③In normal endometrium, The expression of cFLIP protein in proliferative phase was higher than that in secretory phase, P<0.05. In ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrial tissue, The expression of cFLIP protein in secretive phase showed no statistically significant difierence with that in proliferative phase,P>0.05.④The expression of cFLIP protein in severe group (Ⅲ-Ⅳ period) is higher than mild group (Ⅰ-Ⅱ period) both in eutopic or ectopic endometrial tissues, P<0.05.3、metastasis gene Twist:①The expression of Twist protein was found in the glandular epithelial cells of the three different endometrial tissues.②The expression of Twist protein was increased gradually in normal tissue, in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissue and there was significantly difference between every two groups, P<0.05.③In the three different endometrial tissues,the expression of Twist protein in secretive phase showed no statistically significant difierence with that in proliferative phase, P>0.05.④The expression of Twist protein in severe group (Ⅲ-Ⅳ period) is higher than mild group (Ⅰ-Ⅱ period) both in ectopic or eutopic endometrial tissues, P<0.05.4、Metastasis suppressor gene Tip30:①The expression of Tip30protein was found in the glandular epithelial cells of the three different endometrial tissues.②The expression of Tip30protein was decreased gradually in normal tissue, in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissue and there was significantly difference between every two groups, P<0.05.③In the three different endometrial tissues,the expression of Tip30protein in secretive phase showed no statistically significant difierence with that in proliferative phase,P>0.05.④The expression of Tip30protein in severe group (Ⅲ-Ⅳ period) is lower than mild group (Ⅰ-Ⅱperiod) both in ectopic or eutopic endometrial tissues, P<0.05. Conclusion①in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissue,the expression of BAK protein was decreased gradually,while cFLIP was contrary expressed.It is related r-AFS closely and Menstrual cycle. BAK and cFLIP was negatively expressed in EMs, which may take a part in the endometrial cell proliferation and apoptosis.BAK and cFLIP may play an important role in the development of endometriosis.②in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrial tissue,the expression of BAK protein was increased gradually, while Tip30was contrary expressed. It is related r-AFS closely but Menstrual cycle.Twist and Tip30was negatively expressed in EMs, which may play a role in the endometrial invasion and metastasis.Twist and Tip30may be served as development of endometriosis.24figers,32tables,109references.
