Study On Water Extraction Technology And Clinical Observation On Curative Effect Of Anshen Dingzhi Ling

This article includes two parts.The first part has studied the water extraction technology of Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction which is my tutor Prof. Han Xinmin’s clinical efficacy recipe on ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of Traditonal Chinese medicine(TCM).The second parts is on clinical study of Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction which is boiled by the optimum water extracting technology in the treatment of38cases of children with ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of TCM.The first part Objective:To optimize water extracting technology of Anshen Dingzhi Ling Decoction by orthogonal test.Methods:With baicalin as the detecting index, the content of baicalin was determined by UPLC, orthogonal test was used to optimize water extracting techology of Anshen Dingzhi Ling Decoction with water volume(A), decoction time(B) and decoction times(C) as factors.Results:The primary and secondary order of the water extracting technology of Anshen Dingzhi Ling Decoction is as follow:A> B> C> D.The optimum water extracting technology of Anshen Dingzhi Ling Decoction is as follow:eight times amount of water, each time for an hour, extracting two times.Conclusion:The optimum water extracting technology is feasible and stabilization.The second part Objective:To observe the curative effect of Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction which is boiled by the optimum water extracting technology in the treatment of ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of TCM.Methods:Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction which is boiled by the optimum water extracting technology is taken by38cases of children with ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of TCM from March2013to December2013at outpatient department of Pediatrics in Jangsu Province Hospital of TCM.Four weeks of treatment is for a course, then therapeutic effect is observed after3courses of treatment.Results:The effective rate of Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction which is boiled by the optimum water extracting technology in the treatment of ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of TCM is89.47%and the effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is92.10%.Conclusion:The curative effect of Anshen Dingzhi Ling decoction in the treatment of ADHD belong to superabundance of heart and liver fire of TCM is accurate.
