Objective:1. Through the GC method analyzing the volatile oil testing for the Xinxiang Kunlun chrysanthemum medicinal material,regarded limonene content as indexes, settled up laboratory extraction process;2. Tested different volatile of Xinxiang Kunlun chrysanthemum extract in vitro antioxidant activity;3. Through the acute toxicity experiment preliminary testing whether the volatile oil extraction is toxicity;4.Extracted the content of volatile oil in different areas, different time, provide basis for Xinxiang Kunlun snow chrysanthemum research and utilization of volatile oil. Methods:1. Using the GC method, to establish the laboratory extraction method for volatile oil of Xinxiang Kunlun snow chrysanthemum;2. Use ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer to test total antioxidant activity of Xinxiang Kunlun chrysanthemum;3. By using ultrasonic assisted heat reflux methods to examine the extraction of essential oil for acute toxicity experiment4. Pharmacopoeia is a method to extract the essential oil was used to extract different regions, different time the content of volatile oil. Results:1. By the ultrasonic assisted reflux method to extract the volatile oil by orthogonal test,and it proves the best process conditions for it was30min ultrasonic time, temperature of55℃, power is140w, and the method itself was verified methodology;2.Different volatile oil extracts antioxidant activity in vitro experiments show that all have antioxidant activity;3. By this method for acute toxic test, it came to the conclusion that the method to extract the volatile oil was toxicity;4. It showed in part location and part time, we can collect higher content of oil. Conclusion:1.Regard limonene content index as standard to analyze the GC method for testing the content of volatile oil, and also ultrasonic auxiliary heat reflux method is established in this method;2. The UV oxidation measurement results showed that ultrasonic auxiliary heat reflux method to extract the volatile oil of antioxidant activity is the best;3. The preliminary test of the new method to extract the volatile oil showed lower acute toxicity, but it needs further research.
