Effects On Salivary Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Cell Migration,Adhesion And Invasion Introduced By GM6001

Objective To study the GM6001on the SACC of high pulmonary metastatic cell lineACC-M and low metastatic lung cell line ACC-2of adhesion, invasion and migrationintroduced.Methods Select the logarithmic phase cell of ACC-M and ACC-2，apply MTT essay tostudy the effects of different concentration of GM6001（10、15、20、25μmol·L-1） on the ACC-Mand ACC-2cell’s proliferation inhibition and adhesion; The Transwell chamber was used toobserve the influence of GM6001in the invasion and migration.Results GM6001have certain cell proliferation inhibition for ACC-M and ACC-2cells. GM6001can inhibit the adhesion ability of ACC–M and ACC-2cell in the range of10²5μmol·L-1,The cells adhesion inhibition of OD value is （0.226±0.196）^0.065±0.010,（0.265±0.026）^0.122±0.007; The Concentration of GM6001intervention ACC-M and ACC-2cells invaded to the small room next to the number of cells were （33.00±2.000）^20.40±3.435,（37.60±1.817）^22.00±2.550; Migrated to a small room next to the number ofcells were（47.40±2.608）^17.60±3.847,（45.60±2.608）^18.20±2.387. In the adhesion,invasion and migration experiments, the GM6001inhibition to ACC-M cells are relativelystronger than ACC-2cells.Conclusion GM6001has the capability to restrain ACC-M cells and ACC-2cells from adhering, invasion and migration and it may has application prospect in clinic treatment.
