| Objective:Observe the clinical effects of the medicine zhilinusi paste therapy of chronicskin ulcer and its mechanism of action, lay theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Choose the inclusion criteria of chronic skin ulcer cases60cases, according torandom number table method is divided into zhalinusi paste thought cream treatment group(treatment group),30cases, external use medicine zhalinusi paste change medicine treatment;Routine debridement dressing group (control group)30cases, external use vaseline oil gauzedressing. Two groups of sterile dressings bandaging,2days dressing once,28days for aperiod of treatment, treatment of one period of treatment. Observe and record two groups ofcases of ulcer wound situation, Observe and record of granulation tissue, epithelial tissue,ulcer surface color change time, carrion purification, raw muscle indicators such as time,statistical analysis of curative effect after1course of treatment.Results:1、Treatment group cure rate43.3%, show the efficiency of33.3%, effective rate was16.7%,total effective rate was93.3%; Control group cure rate20%, show the efficiency of26.7%,effective rate was16.7%, total effective rate was63.3%. Treatment group curative effect isbetter than that of control group, after statistics processing, there is significant difference (P＜0.05).2. The treatment group in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer wound color change time earlierthan that in control group, the difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05).3. The treatment group in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer wound carrion clarification time earlier than that in control group, the difference is statistically significant (P＜0.05).4. The treatment group in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer wound the production timeearlier than that in control group, difference has statistical significance (P＜0.05).5.Treatment group in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer Ⅰ pathological type and typeⅡeffect of statistical analysis, the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05); Thecontrol group in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer Ⅰ pathological type and type Ⅱeffect ofstatistical analysis, it had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Two groups ofpathological type Ⅰcurative effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer of statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Two groups of pathological type Ⅱcurative effect in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer of statistical analysis, it had nostatistically significant differences (P>0.05).6.There is no differences in safety between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:1. This medicine zhalinusi paste think cream in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer of the totaleffective rate was93.3%, curative effect, safe and reliable, and is an effective to promotechronic skin ulcer wound healing.2. Medicine zhalinusi paste can effectively shorten the time of ulcer surface discoloration, pusfall off time, muscle growth time, compared with the conventional debridement dressingtreatment has great advantages, showing cream in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer quickly,eliminate strong corrosion effect, promote wound granulation and the growth of newepithelial tissue, and the curative effect is good, suitable for clinical application.3.This medicine zhalinusi paste think cream in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer of thetreatment of chronic skin ulcer pathological Ⅰ, Ⅱ curative effect has noobvious difference.4.This medicine zhalinusi paste think cream in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer of thepathological type Ⅰcurative effect is superior to the conventional debridement dressing;Thetreatment of chronic skin ulcer pathological type Ⅱ curative effect with conventional debridement dressing treatment has no obvious difference.5.This medicine zhalinusi paste think cream in the treatment of chronic skin ulcer as Same asthe conventional debridement dressing in security aspect, is a kind of safe and reliabletreatment of chronic skin ulcer drugs. |
