Objective: This article focuses on the relationship between high-sensitivity c-reactive protein and the SYNTAX score, assessing coronary complex coronary artery lesions by using quantitative angiographic. Another It has studied the significance of highsensitivity c-reactive protein in coronary lesions, meanwhile exploring the related factors that affecting complex coronary artery lesions. Methods: This study has analyzed 168 patients in the Medicine-Cardiovascular Department of The Navy General Hospital between January 2012 and January 2012. These patients have examined by coronary angiography, and at least 50% or more one vascular stenosis of coronary arteries, fitting the guideline for coronary heart disease of ACC/AHA in 2007, setting as coronary artery disease group. 61 healthy crowd have setted as the control group, A total of 229.168 patients of coronary angiography results are detailed records, calculating their SYNTAX score. Homocysteine, blood uric acid, D-Dimer, c-reactive protein and fasting blood lipids including total cholesterol( TC),triglycerides( TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C), BMI, apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B were detected. Next, the groups were compared each other by SPSS 16.0 statistical software.Results:1. The multivariate regression analysis show a positive correlation between the SYNTAX score of CAD and D-Dimer, c-reactive protein; a negative correlation between the SYNTAX score of CAD and high density lipoprotein. By using multivariate linear regression analysis, the regression cofficience of c-reactive protein was 0.201,P<0.05,implying that linear relations existing between the SYNTAX and c-reactive protein. P value of the regression cofficience of D-Dimer, high density lipoprotein, serum creatinine was more than 0.05, prompting that linear relations not existing with the SYNTAX score. In a word, the higher the c-reactive protein, the higher the SYNTAX score and the more complicated of the CAD.2. The multivariate regression analysis show a positive correlation between the creactive protein and the SYNTAX score of CAD, D-Dimer, a negative correlation between the c-reactive protein and apolipoprotein A, high density lipoprotein. By using multivariate linear regression analysis, the regression cofficience of the SYNTAX score was 0.210,P<0.05, the regression cofficience of apolipoprotein A was-0.900,P>0.05, the regression cofficience of high density lipoprotein was-0.842, P>0.05,implying that linear relations existing between c-reactive protein and the SYNTAX, D-Dimer, not existing between the c-reactive protein and apolipoprotein A, high density lipoprotein. In a word, the c-reactive protein was affected by the SYNTAX and D-Dimer.Conclusion: This study has made a innovation in the research method and evaluation indicators. Under the condition of multiple regression, It has showed a positive correlation between the SYNTAX score of CAD and c-reactive protein, Prompting high-sensitivity c-reactive protein level is a angiographic predictor of the complex coronary artery lesions. And this study has analyzed the high-sensitivity c-reactive protein levels in patients with coronary artery disease, founding the SYNTAX score values, DD dimers affect the level of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein, further prompting the level of high-sensitivity c-reactive protein is a indicator of complex degree of angiographic coronary lesions, but not independent indicator.
