| ObjectivesDiabetic peripheral neuropathy can involve the central nervous system and peripheral nerve, which is one of the conventional and crucial chronic complications of diabetes, leading high case fatality rate、mutilation rate and extended impact. Further study of the main pathogenesis of DPN, Choosing the best treatment plan has important realistic meaning and social meaning. This topic through clinical research to further observe Mild sun, nourishing blood(Gui Long drink)affecting Aldose reductase and terminal glycosylation protein signals in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, In order to explore the treatment mechanism of the mild sun, nourishing blood in diabetic neuropathy.Methods60 patients with Yang deficiency and blood stasis of DPN hospital and out-patients were divided into Chinese medicine group(Gui Long Drink)、Wes tern medicine group (Epalrestat),Chinese medicine group of 33 cases,while Western medicine group of 36 cases. Two groups of patients in 12 weeks con tinue on fundamental dabetic treatment(diabetic education、diet controllin g、excise and drugs controlling blood sugar). Stopping taking drugs which D PN is likely to affect of the occurrence, development and prognosis. Such a s anti platelet aggregation drugs、Trophic nerve medicine and so on. Observ e the change of medicine clinical symptoms score、TCM syndrome score to q uantify and Aldose reductase、terminal glycosylation protein before and a fter treatment, In order to explore its mechanism of action.ResultsComparison with curative effect:10 cases in Western medicine group were excellently treated,21 cases in this group were effectively treated,5 cases were in vain of this treating.23 cases in Chinese medicine group were excellently treated,7 cases in this group were effectively treated,3 cases were in vain of this treating.86.11% in Western medicine group and 90.9% in Chinese medicine group were effective. The total effectiveness comparison of two group(P=0.000< 0.05), which demonstrates that the Chinese medicine treatment group of improving the TCM curative effect is obviously superior to western medicine group.Comparison with TCM Syndrome Score:The reduction in score of each group is meaningful after treatment, which indicates methods of each group are effective (P=0.036、0.000). There was no difference between two groups before treatment (P=0.128>0.05). But the two groups was significantly difference after treatment (P=0.000< 0.05), the fact is that the western medicine group(before treatment)=6.61±3.91, and the Chinese medicine group(after treatment)=4.00±1.32, so according to the compared mean after treatment we can come to a conclusion that Chinese medicine treatment group of improving the TCM curative effect is obviously superior to western medicine group.Comparison with aldose reductase:Both group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms (P=0.000、0.018<0.05), and apparently there was no remarkable difference between the two groups(P=0.578% 0.193>0.05), which demonstrates that the Chinese medicine treatment group of improving the curative effect is equivalent to western medicine group.Comparison with Terminal glycosylation protein:Both group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms (P=0.000、0.028<0.05). and there was no remarkable difference between the above two groups(P=0.262), But the two groups was significantly difference after treatment (P=0.007<0.05) western medicine group(before treatment)=321.547±177.211,Chinese medicine group (after treatment)=525.238±287.575. According to the compared mean after treatment we can come to a conclusion that western medicine treatment group of improving the TCM curative effect is obviously superior to Chinese medicine group.ConclusionGui Long drink can significantly improve the clinical symptom scores and TCM syndrome scores of DPN patients.It is to a certain degree that Gui Long drink can reduce curative effect、TCM Syndrome Score、aldose reductase、Terminal glycosylation protein of DPN patients,which has fully demonstrated the Chinese medicine treatment of DPN has good medicine prospect. |
