ObjectiveWith the deepening of the microresearch of the temper deficiency syndrome, many modern microscopic indexes were used to indirectly reflect the degree of spleen-deficiency. Temper virtual diagnostic criteria proposed by the ministry of health in 1993, xylose excretion rate is listed as index of curative effect observation. But the past research results only reflect main urine xylose excretion rate and the relationship on the level of spleen deficiency syndromes, and for urine xylose excretion rate and clinical characteristics of patients with pixu (spleen deficient) do not make the relation of depth. In this paper, on the basis of strict differentiation, through the observation of pixu (spleen deficient) patients before and after treatment of urine xylose excretion rate changes and symptoms improved pixu (spleen deficient), to explore "urine xylose excretion rate and the correlation of main symptoms in patients with pixu (spleen deficient), trying to make" urine xylose excretion rate and combined closely with the spleen deficiency of four clinical performance characteristics, makes a tentative discussion on the microcosmic syndrome differentiation of spleen deficiency. Methods1. Literature research:through the data access, analysis, for urine x ylose excretion rate between spleen deficiency and the research progress of the sorting and review.2. The clinical trials research:(1) This case study from guangzhou university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of medical clinics with chronic superficial gastritis and TCM syndrome of spleen deficiency syndrome patients.(2) To establish "syndromes of spleen-asthenia patients four diagnostic data registration form" detailed records before and after treatment in patients with four diagnostic data, and to quantify the symptoms score.(3) Through the treatment of xiangsha liujunzi soup, compare urine xylose excretion rate before and after treatment of patients with spleen-deficiency determination, and through correlation analysis, regression analysis and other statistical methods, we can analyze the relationship of the xylose excretion rate and the correlation of main symptoms of spleen deficiency syndromes.Results1. Cluster analysis results:before treatment stomach distension, Stomachache and body tired these three symptons of pixu patients are similar; After treatment these three symptons together into a kind of similar nature.2. Correlation analysis results:symptoms of pixu patients before treatment, there was no significant correlation with urine xylose excretion rate; After treatment symptoms of pixu patients such as stomach distension, stomachache, body tired and urine xylose excretion rate may exist a certain correlation.3. Regression analysis results:stomach distension, stomachache and body tired these three symptoms spleen-asthenia patients are closely related to the change of urine xylose excretion rate, there are significant linear positive correlation between these three symptoms and urine xylose excretion rate. And three symptoms after treatment the overall return for urine xylose excretion rate effect are higher than before treatment (R2= 0.341 before treatment, after treatment R2= 0.529).4. Through the treatment of xiangsha liujunzi soup, patients with spleen-deficiency symptoms were improved significantly (symptoms total score: total score of 14.33+3.620 before treatment, after treatment of 4.42 ±2.501, P= 0.000)), urine xylose excretion rate was also significantly higher (18.71 ±2.240 before treatment,25.613±1.528, P= 0.000 after treatment). the total integral and urine xylose excretion rate are closely related, the correlation coefficient of before and after treatment, respectively (before treatment to 0.749, P= 0.000; 0.894 after treatment, P= 0.894).Conelusion1. Cluster analysis results showed that before and after treatment stomach distension, stomachache and body tired these three symptons of pixu patients are gathered into a class, suggests that this has certain internal relation between three symptoms; Hints to the symptoms of pixu constitute a combination of a similar nature, to further explore symptoms pixu combined with urine xylose excretion rate.2. Treatment before the symptoms of patients with pixu (spleen deficient), urine xylose excretion rate has no significant correlation, this may be related to these symptons such as diarrhea, previous research also suggests that these symptons can affect urine xylose excretion rate, cause interference with the results of the study; After treatment pixu patients’urine xylose excretion rate and stomach distension, stomachache, body tired symptoms were negative correlated significantly, prompts the change of urine xylose excretion rate after treatment can indirectly reflect the change of pixu symptoms.3. Statistical analysis, the results showed that urine xylose excretion rate change with either a single temper deficiency symptoms are not very closely, and with spleen-deficiency symptoms such as stomach distension, stomachache and body tired these three symptoms has a certain relevance. In this combination, urine xylose excretion rate and stomach distension, Stomachache and body tired these three symptoms have negative correlation, the body is more tired, the symptoms of patients with spleen-deficiency are more obvious, urine xylose excretion rate is lower, as the improvement of symptoms, urine xylose excretion rate will increase or returned to normal.4. Through the treatment of xiangsha liujunzi soup, there is a significant rise in patients with urine xylose excretion rate, and symptoms improved significantly, and once again proved that urine xylose excretion rate and close relationship between spleen deficiency syndrome.
