ObjectiveIn the past, the microscopic study of spleen deficiency syndrome was mainly focused on the study of the relationship between an indicator and a certain symptom,or on the relationship between a certain indicator and several symptoms. However, due to the limitation of research methodology,it failed to deepen further Explore its essence.Based on the above reasons, this paper attempts to collect four diagnostic data of patients with spleen deficiency syndrome and simultaneously detect two microscopic indicators of "salivary amylase activity ratio" and "xylose excretion rate",and use factor analysis combined with canonical correlation analysis,The study of the relationship between the combination of symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome and two micro-indicators,hoping to tap the law, thus promoting the essence of spleen deficiency syndrome and micro-syndrome development, help to achieve the precise clinical treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods1.The literature research: access to organize the relevant literature, the spleen deficiency syndrome and the "salivary amylase activity ratio" and "xylose excretion rate," the previous study to sort out.2.Clinical trial research:(1)The cases collected in this study originated from the spleen and stomach department inpatient and outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Four patients were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis through the four diagnostic data and auxiliary examination.(2)According to the "spleen deficiency syndrome diagnostic scoring table" to score the symptoms and signs quantification, and the development of "spleen deficiency four diagnostic information registration form",detailed records of the symptoms and signs scoring conditions.(3)Collection of urine and salivary samples from patients with spleen deficiency included in the study, and test for "salivary amylase activity ratio" and "xylose excretion rate".(4)Perform factor analysis on the symptoms of patients, use the principal component method to reduce the dimension to extract the common factor, analyze the matrix as the correlation matrix, rotate the factor axis with the maximum variance method, and then remove the variables with the factor loading less than 0.4 to get the features A common factor greater than 1(combination of symptoms). The combination of symptoms was set as the first group of variables X.The microscopic indicators(salivary amylase activity ratio and xylose excretion rate)were set as the second group of variables Y.Canonical correlation analysis was used to analyze the canonical correlation coefficients of the two typical variables.Results1.The factor analysis results suggest that: 12 observed symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome, can be grouped into five combinations of symptoms: "abdominal pain sponge, stomach pain, cold limb cold," "mouth dry mouth pain, pain even two threats, pantothenic acid,Nausea, pantothenic acid, belching," " bloating, loss of appetite, body burnout "," stool pulpy, cold limbs, limb burnout." That the symptoms of spleen deficiency is the existence of an intrinsic link between.2.The results of canonical correlation analysis suggest that there are significant correlations between the two symptom combinations of "bloating, loss of appetite, body burnout","stool pulpy, cold limbs cold, limb burnout" and the micro-indicators.The patients with "bloating, loss of appetite, body burnout" and other symptoms more obvious, the lower the saliva amylase activity ratio,"stool pulpy,Cold limbs, body burnout " and xylose excretion rate was negatively correlated, when patients " stool pulpy, cold limbs, limb burnout " and other symptoms more obvious, the lower the rate of xylose excretion.ConclusionThrough Factor analysis and Typical correlation analysis showed that the ratio of amylase activity was negatively correlated with the ratio of salivary amylase activity in patients with "bloating, loss of appetite and limb burnout".When the symptoms such as "bloating, loss of appetite and limb burnout" were more obvious, the ratio of salivary amylase activity The lower the ratio of saliva amylase activity mainly reflects the digestion,so that bloating, loss of appetite, body burnout these two symptoms mainly reflect the patient's digestion."Stool pulpy, cold limbs, limb burnout" and xylose excretion rate was negatively correlated, when patients "stool pulpy, cold limbs, limb burnout," the more obvious symptoms, the lower the rate of xylose excretion. The xylose excretion rate mainly reflects the absorption,so that stool pulpy, cold limbs, limb burnout this combination of symptoms mainly reflects the patient's absorption.
