The Change Of Serum Fetuin-A And Osteocalcin By Using Replenishing Qi And Promoting Blood Circulation Method To Treat Non-dialysis CKD Stage 3-5 Patients

Objective: To observe the abnormal of serum Fetuin-A, OC, Scr, and other indicators of chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 3-5 non dialysis patients with Qi-deficiency- blood- stasis syndrome. To research the Replenishing Qi and Promoting Blood Circulation Method intervention effect of the above indicators, and to explore influence that the method can impact on the these patients.Methods: 65 CKD stage 3-5 patients non dialysis patients with Qi- deficiency-blood- stasis syndrome were chosen and randomly divided into control group and treatment group by using random digit table. Both the groups were treated by diet therapy(low salt, low fat, low phosphorus, high quality low-protein diet), control of blood pressure, maintain water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, correction of anemia and other symptomatic treatment. In the same time treatment group was treated by the replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation method. The Traditional Chinese Medicine was taken 1 agent per day, and the medicine was boiled twice into 400 ml, 200 ml was taken in the morning and 200 ml in the evening. Control group did not take the method.Both the groups taken a course for 8weeks, in the course neither group taken any drugs may affect kidney function.Before treatment and after treatment respectively collected venous blood to detect the level of serum Fetuin- A, OC and Scr. At the same time 20 cases of healthy physical examination were set up as normal group, normal control group detected the levels of blood serum Fetuin- A and OC.Results: The clinical total curative effect rate of the control group was 65.51%, the treatment group was 83.33% and it was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The TCM Syndrome efficacy of control group was 72.42%, treatment group was 86.67% and it was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The level of Fetuin-A of CKD stage 3-5 patients was lower than normal group(P<0.05), the level of OC of t CKD stage 3-5 patients was higher than normal group(P<0.05).Before treatment the level of Fetuin-A, OC of the treatment group compared with the control group had no statistical significance(P > 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum Fetuin- A of treatment group increased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05), and the rising of serum Fetuin- A was better than the control group in the same period(P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of serum OC of treatment group decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the falling of serum OC was better than the control group in the same period(P< 0.05).Conclusion: CKD stage 3-5 patients non dialysis patients with Qi- deficiency-blood- stasis syndrome were more prone to vascular calcification,could reflected in the abnormal level of serum Fetuin- A and OC. The replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation method can not only reduce the patients’ clinical symptoms,improve renal function,but also pay the role of reduced vascular calcification in patients by influencing the level of serum Fetuin- A and OC.
