| Objective:Research and analysis on 200 cases of guangxi GuiZhong HCC risk factors of the disease, to explore the influence GuiZhong HCC associated risk factors occurred in the region, for the prevention of HCC to provide certain reference basis.Methods:A 1:1 matched case-control study method is used to collect between January 2013 and march 2013 in liuzhou workers hospital during the period of diagnosis of HCC patients as the case group; Over the same period in hospital of tumor, the digestive system disease patients as control group, was conducted to collect 200 individual 1:1 matched case-control study, matching conditions:the same gender, age, plus or minus five years old. Unified form to collect case group and control group in the patient’s general condition, diet and lifestyle, personal and family history, mental factors etc. Obtained after data compilation, using the chi-square test or single factor analysis, and USES the unconditioned logistic multifactor analysis to screen the main risk factors.Result:1. Single factor analysis, the case group compared with control group:sense of hepatitis b virus (OR= 4.907,95% CI:3.758~6.407), eating pickled foods (OR=1.800,95% CI:1.042~3.109), edible peanut oil (OR= 1.720,95% CI:1.112~2.831), family history of cancer of the liver (OR=13.00, 95% CI:1.701~99.375) were positively correlated with primary liver cancer, and the economy (OR=0.811), daily alcohol consumption (less than 30 g) (OR = 0.742,95% CI:0.440~1.264), edible fruit (OR=0.769,95% CI:0.673~ 2.047), gentle (OR=0.001,95% CI:1.073~2.745) and negatively correlated with primary liver cancer.2. Multiple factors analysis:the multiple factors analysis result is:the HBV infection (OR=19.34,95% CI:12.80 27.66), smoking history (OR=6.21,95% CI:4.38 0.37), edible salt food (OR=4.33, 95% CI:3.25 5.77), edible peanut oil (OR=2.22,95% CI:1.38 3.56), family history of cancer of the liver (OR=12.51,95% CI:6.90 17.98) may be a risk factor for liver cancer incidence. Economic conditions (OR=0.74,95% CI:0.20 0.37), daily consumption is less than 30 g (OR=0.86,95% CI:0.06 0.62), edible fruit (OR=0.17,95% CI:0.13 0.23), gentle character (OR=0.10,95% CI:0.08 0.56) may be protective factors of primary liver cancer.Conclusion:GuiZhong areas in guangxi HCC occurrence and a variety of factors, including hepatitis b virus (HBV) infection are high risk factors of developing liver cancer, family history of cancer of the liver, eat salted food, edible vegetable oil also played an important role in the pathogenesis of liver cancer. High income, edible fruit, warm personality may be factors of developing liver cancer protection, indicated that the hepatitis b virus infection or family history of liver cancer, should be regular follow-up, drinking, reasonable meals, keep a good state of mind. |
