Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Common Dengue Fever Treated By Combination Of Western Medicine And TCM

ObjectiveObsering the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treatment common dengue fever on TCM syndrome differentiation, in order to shorten the cooling time, course of disease, relieve the clinical symptoms, and improve the overall level of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, give full play to the advantages of tcm.MethodsThe study is designed as a randomized controlled trail.180 subjects are enrolled and divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=60). The control group was treated with simple western medicine therapy while the treatment group was given syndrome differentiation treatment of TCMedicine with simple western medcine therapy. The two groups were observed in the cooling time, the average hospitalization time, course of disease, WBC and platelet recovery time, liver function recovery time, TCM symptoms and signs improve etc. And Monitoring of treatment process has no adverse reaction.ResultsIn the process of research, the Syndrome distribution was mainly in damp heat stasis syndrome (60 cases) and Syndrome of disease involving Weifen and Qifen (60 cases).The difference between the two groups of patients in shorten the cooling time, duration, average hospitalization time, WBC and platelet recovery time, TCM signs and symptoms improved has statistical significance (P<0.05). Comparison of two groups of patients with liver function after treatment has no statistical significance (P>0.05), the comparison between two groups of liver function before and after treatment has no statistical significance(P>0.05). The comparison of the mainobservation indexes of two groups, the treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine was better than simple western medicine, but there is no significant difference between two groups in promoting the recovery of liver function. The reason may be taking of antipyretic analgesics in part of the patients、virus direct lossing of liver cells、allergic immune complexes resulted and so on, but the further study need to be specifically pathogenesis.And there was no obvious or serious side effects observed in the study. The results shows that The Chinese Medicine treatment is safe.ConclusionThe study shows that the main syndrome type were Damp heat stasis syndrome and Syndrome of disease involving Weifen and Qifen, providing the basis for guiding the treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation. Treatment of common dengue fever with combination of TCM and Western medicine was better than western medicine therapy, emboding the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment, and the obvious adverse reactions did not occur in the process of Chinese medicine treatment, showing that it has good security. Therefore, it is worth further study and promotion in clinic.
