Correlative Study Between The People Of Ugur And Hans In Xinjiang Yili And The Northwest Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To assess the progress of cardiovascular aging in the healthy people of Uygur and Hans in Xinjiang, and to inquire the correlative between the Northwest dryness syndrome(NDS) and cardiovascular aging, providing the basis for anti-cardiovascular aging.Methods: 327 healthy people from Yili, 160 Hans and 167 Uygur, underwent Scene investigation, blood biochemistry and heart ultrasonography, to analyze the law of cardiovascular aging. To compare the prevalence rate of NDS with Uygur and Hans, and compared the total score and main or accompanied symptoms score of NDS. To further analyse the correlation between NDS and cardiovascular aging.Results: The following index can be used as an objective index to quantitatively assess the cardiovascular aging;①Blood pressure index: SBP、DBP、PP、PPI; ②metabolism quota:GLU、TC、TG、HDL-C 、LDL-C; ③renal function quota:BUN、Cr、UA、Cys-C;④Inflammatory index:FIB; ⑤heart ultrasonography data:AD、LVDd、LVDs、LVEF.ect. The SBP、DBP、PP、PPI 、GLU、LDL-C 、BUN、Cr、UA、Cys-C 、FIB 、AD、LA、LVDd、LVDs 、RA、RV、PA of Uygur and Hans are rising with the increase of age, the HDL-C、LVEF are reducing with the increase of age. The prevalence rate of NDS with Hans was higher than Uygur. The prevalence rate of NDS was rising with the increase of age. We divided the healthy people into dryness groups and non-dryness groups, we found that the cardiovascular aging degree of dryness groups was higher than non-dryness groups. The cardiovascular aging has no difference between Uygur and Hans in 30-44 age group(P>0.05).The 45-59 age group of Uygur’ cardiovascular aging was ahead of Hans, and the prevalence rate of NDS with 45-59 age group of Uygur was higher than Hans. The 60-74 age group, Hans’ cardiovascular aging was ahead of Uygur, and the prevalence rate of NDS with 60-74 age group of Hans was higher than Uygur(P<0.05). The cardiovascular aging has no difference between Uygur and Hans in 75 age group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The data of cardiovascular aging is rising with the increase of age. The 45-59 age group of Uygur’ cardiovascular aging was ahead of Hans, the 60-74 age group of Hans’ cardiovascular aging was ahead of Uygur, the cardiovascular aging has no difference between Uygur and Hans in 75 age group. The correlation is significance between the NDS and cardiovascular aging. The results point out that the NDS has a significance Influence on the cardiovascular aging of Uygur and Hans in Xinjiang yili.
