Correlation Study Between Different Gender Of The Hans Nationality In Urumqi Cardiovascular Aging Rule With The Northwest Dryness Syndrome

Objective: To study the correlation between different gender of the Hans nationality in Urumqi cardiovascular aging rule with the Northwest Dryness Syndrome(NDS),to provide the basis evidence for preventing and controling the cardiovascular aging of the Xinjiang region.Methods: From Urumqi region selected 314 cases of self-assessment healthy Han Chinese residents,112 cases of male,202 cases of female,through field investigation,laboratory tests,heart colour to exceed,combining carotid ultrasound examination method,to evaluate cardiovascular aging law of different gender of the han nationality,the rate of NDS suffer from and the NDS owner and syndrome integral,and to analysis total integral of NDS is associated with cardiovascular aging index of correlation.On the basis of analysis of the han nationality between different gender cardiovascular aging rule and its correlation with NDS.Results:(1)Relevant indicators of cardiovascular aging:(1)related parameters of blood pressure: PP、PPI,(2)glucolipid metabolism index:GHB,(3)liver and kidney function and inflammation factor index: ALBU、Cys-C、FIB,(4)color sonography ultrasonography data: AD,(5)carotid duplex ultrasound:IMT 、 EDV 、 PSV;(2)Urumqi region cardiovascular aging index changes of no difference between different gender and indicators are significantly increased with increasing age: PP、PPI、GHB、Cys-C、FIB、AD、IMT,significantly lower index with increasing age: ALBU、EDV、PSV,besides significantly increased index with increasing age of female: SBP、TC、LDL-C、D-Dimer、RV、LA、PA、D,significantly increased index with increasing age of male: DBP、TG;(3)Among the same age group:in the 30~44 age group:Male’s SBP、DBP、PP、TG 、GHB、BUN、AD、LA、PA、D level were significantly higher than female’s(P < 0.05);in the 45~59 age group: Male’s SBP、DBP、PP、TG 、BUN、AD、LA、RV、D level were significantly higher than female’s(P < 0.05);in the 60~74 age group:only Male’s AD、RV、D level were significantly higher than female’s(P < 0.05),but Male’s TC、LDL-C level were significantly lower than female’s(P < 0.05);in the ≥75 age group : There was no statistically significant difference comparing male’s and female’s cardiovascular aging index(P>0.05);(4)Comparison of urumqi region han between male and female gender NDS attack rate,female than for male(P=0.397>0.05),different gender of NDS attack rate to peak at the age of 60-74 age group,comparison between different gender of NDS owner and integral and total integral,female’s NDS total integral and syndrome of yin deficiency of heart and kidney integral than for male’s(P < 0.05),;(5)NDS in different gender total score is associated with cardiovascular aging index correlation analysis: male’s NDS total score correlated with LVDd、TG、PP、Cr、SBP、GHB、Cys-C、FIB,one of the strongest correlation is TG(︱r|=0.415,P<0.05),female’s NDS total score correlated with D、EDV、LDL-C、PP、SBP、FIB,one of the strongest correlation is D(︱r|=0.349,P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)As the growth of the age promote cardiovascular aging process;(2)After the age of 60 Han Chinese female’s cardiovascular aging is the process of rapid progress,present as:in the 30~44 and 45~59 age group,male cardiovascular aging process is faster than female,but in the 60~74 and ≥75 age group,cardiovascular aging process tend to be consistent between different gender;(3)In different gender of Han Chinese’s NDS attack rate and cardiovascular aging law exists correlation,NDS total score is associated with cardiovascular aging index,NDS is one of the aggravating factor of han Chinese cardiovascular aging.
