Objective:To investigate the rabbit model of acute myocardial infarction in different time points, the dynamic changes of serum histamine concentration, and its isoenzymes and creatine kinase (CK-MB), cardiac troponin T (cTnT) relationship; myocardial infarction in different time after reperfusion for 60 minutes, the changes of serum histamine concentration.Methods:42 healthy adult New Zealand white rabbits, are randomly divide into control group (n=6),5 minutes after ligation sonza 60 minutes group (group A, n=6), ligation 10 minutes sonza 60 minutes group (group B, n=6), ligation 30 minutes sonza 60 minutes group (group C, n=6),1 hours after ligation sonza 60 minutes group (group D, n=6), ligation 3 hours after sonza 60 minutes group (group E, n-6), ligation 6 hours after sonza 60 minutes group (group F, n=6). To detect the concentration of myocardial infarction in different time points of histamine, serum creatine kinase isoenzyme and cardiac troponin T myocardial infarction in different time after reperfusion for 60 minutes when the concentration changes of serum histamine, and recording ECG.Result:Rabbit acute myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction for 10 minutes,30 minutes,1 hour,3 hour serum histamine concentration compared with the basal values, there are significant differences (P<0.05); myocardial infarction 30 minutes,1 hours,3 hours and 6 hours group serum CK-MB concentration compared with the basal values, there are significant differences (P<0.05); myocardial infarction 30 minutes,1 hours,3 hours and 6 hours group serum cTnT concentration compared with the basal values, there are significant differences (P<0.05); myocardial infarction in different time after 60 min of reperfusion, A group, B group, C group, D group, E group, serum histamine concentration in F group and reperfusion compared to before, there are statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum histamine concentration detector line can provide a reference for the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction when acute myocardial infarction attack it; After myocardial infarction reperfusion, the concentration of histamine has rised; the length of time after myocardial infarction reperfusion affect serum concentrations of histamine.
