Objective:To explpor the risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in acute stroke patients,to provide prevention and treatment for clinical. Methods:We retrospectively investigated clinical data of 82 acute stroke patients with deep venous thrombosis, and 100 actue patients without deep venous thrombosis. All patients were treated in department of neurology, the people’s hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Between Jan 2007 and May 2014. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analysis the related risk factors for DVT.Results:The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in 182 acute stroke patients was 45%, When patients aged 60 years or more, the incidence was higher than younger patients(63.7% vs 21.3%,P<0.05). The patients of deep venous thrombosis after acute stroke obviously increase the mortality rate, was statistical significance (P<0.05).The mortality of acute stroke patients increased suffered deep venous thrombosis.Univariate analysis showed that age,Immobilization,Hypertension, Type 2 diabetes mellitus, Hyperlipidaemia, HHcy, NIHSS scores≥15, disturbance of consciousness, dehydrant incidence of DVT (P<0.05),After multivariate logistic regression analysis, age≥60years, Immobilization, HHcy, NIHSS scores≥15 were still related to the occurence of DVT in acute stroke patients. Conclusion:age≥60years, Immobilization, Hcy, NIHSS scores≥15 were the independent risk factors for acute patients with DVT. Therefore, early prevention, timely diagnosis and treatment is the key to reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
