Objective:Meta-analysis to identify risk factors of deep venous thrombosis in stroke patients, providing early warning for clinical investigation of deep vein thrombosis in stroke patients. Methods:We searched databases including The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Embase,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP and CBM from inception to August 2018,to collect the risk factors for deep venous thrombosis of stroke patients,a total of 3491 articles were retrieved. The patients included in the case group were stroke patients complicated with deep venous thrombosis, while the patients in the control group were those without deep venous thrombosis. The outcome indicators were related factors of deep venous thrombosis. After screening, extracting and evaluating literatures strictly according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,14 literatures were included in the final analysis.RevMan 5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:Including 14 literature studies,22 related risk factors were analyzed.Meta-analysis showed that:(1)Deep venous thromboembolism(DVT)in stroke patients had significant differences between the following groups: age over 65 years [OR=1.93,95%CI(1.35,2.75)],diabetes [OR=1.63,95%CI(1.08,2.45)],coronary heart disease [OR=2.31,95%CI(1.58,3.35)],atrial fibrillation [OR=1.55,95%CI(1.14,2.12)],paralysis [OR=7.14,95%CI(3.92,13.01)],deep vein puncture [OR=3.08,95%CI(1.75,5.44)],bedridden[OR=7.36,95%CI(3.09,17.54)],heart failure [OR=1.96,95%CI(1.25,3.07)],infection[OR=2.48,95%CI(1.88,3.26)],admission NIHSS score [MD=5.78,95% CI(3.06,8.51)]and lower extremity NIHSS score?2 points [OR=2.28,95%CI(1.50,3.45)];(2)theincidences between the following groups were no statistically significant: Male [OR=0.85,95%CI(0.61,1.18)],hypertension [OR=1.58,95%CI(0.98,2.54)],hyperlipidemia [OR=1.22,95%CI(0.81,1.83)],alcohol history [OR=0.96,95%CI(0.78,1.19)],smoking history[OR=1.08,95%CI(0.89,1.32)],Obesity [OR=1.33,95%CI(0.79,2.22)],varicose veins[OR=2.12,95%CI(0.70,6.43)],anticoagulant therapy [OR=0.85,95%CI(0.44,1.64)],rehabilitation therapy Treatment [OR=0.66,95%CI(0.40,1.10)],hypercholesterolemia[OR=0.90,95%CI(0.60,1.33)],ischemic stroke [OR=0.57,95% CI(0.24,1.35)].Conclusion:The risk factors of deep vein thrombosis in stroke patients include Age ? 65 years, diabetes, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, paralysis, deep vein puncture, bedridden, heart failure, infection, admission NIHSS score and lower limb NIHSS score ? 2.
