Objective: Here we study the effect of electric acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to the patients with spastic paralysis after apoplexy , in order to prevent from the symptomatology, reduce the lost symptom,and raise the life quality.Methods: 60 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 2 groups, and were testified by CT or MRI.The two groups patients'general condition were almost identical and insignificant,so the two series of patients had comparability,comparing the effects among those groups with Nerve Function grades,Barthel index number , Fugl—Meyer grades and the whole efficency of treatment.Results: The clinical observation shows that the electric acupuncture added to rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training can-heighten the Fugl—Meyer grades,the ADL grades and reduce the nerve function grades after the therapy . The difference of it has statistics meaning(p<0.05).There is no difference between two groups before the therapy(p>0.05).There is statistics meaning after the therapy between two groups(p<0.05).It indicates that the motion function and daily living activeness and the nerve function grades of the electric acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group is more superior to rehabilitation training group . The total effectivness rate of the electric acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group can reach to 86.67%.Conclusions: the electric acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training have active treatment to Spastic Paralysis after cerebral infarction , it can improve the living quality effectively.
