| Purpose: The effect of content of SP, NKA, ET and plasma behavior changes in migraine rat modelinduced by observation of Huoxue Xifeng of nitroglycerin in rat study, to explore the mechanism ofHuoxue Xifeng method in migraine prophylaxis.Method:The rats were randomly divided into7groups: blank group, model group, ZhenNao Ninggroup, sibelium group, Huoxue Xifeng particles of low, medium and high dose groups, the blank group andthe model group were given equal volume of distilled water, the above groups administered continuouslyfor7days, after the last administration of subcutaneous injection of nitroglycerin to establish the model ofmigraine rats, blank control group and model group were given the same volume of distilled water, usingdigital video recorders location shooting formrecord content cage, scratching frequency and byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of plasma SP, NKA, ET in rat climbing.Result:1Effects of Huoxue Xifeng method on the behavior of migraine model ratslearning:compared with the model group, Huoxue Xifeng granules in high, middle dose can reduce the rat climbingcage, scratching frequency (P <0.05), no difference of Huoxue Xifeng granule low dose group and modelgroup. Flunarizinegroup, zhennaoning capsule group and Huoxue Xifeng particles had no significantdifference between high dose group;2, effects of Huoxue Xifeng method on the content of SP, NKA, ET in plasma ofmigraine model ratsin lower SP, NKA content in plasma: rats in each treatment(P<0.01), contents of ET increased significantly(P<0.01) Huoxue Xifeng particles with zhennaoning capsule, flunarizine compared with equivalentpharmacological action however, there is no obvious dose effect relationship.Conclusion:1, determination of the indicators in this study showed: Huoxue Xifeng granulescanregulate the behavior of rats changes, to improve the rats with migraineheadache effects of content changesof SP, NKA, ET in plasma, the curative effect of sibelium, with zhennaoning quite.2.Huoxue Xifeng granule is an effective drug for prevention of migraine, worthy of further researchand development. |
