| Purpose: This study of Chinese medicine treatment of migraine clinical research on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of migraine headache(YuxueXiefeng certificate)the effectiveness to make a preliminary evaluation.Method: This clinical trial using randomized,parallel-controlled method of observation of migraine headache(YuxueXiefeng certificate)48 patients. Huoxue Xifeng granules for the trial medicine,from Changchun University of Chinese medicine Pharmony in;Zhennaoning capsule as a positive control, from Tonghua Dongbao Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.Production.48 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 24 cases,the control group of 24 cases of treatment were 56 days.Result: Following on the efficacy ,safety and adverse reactions such as statistical analysis,the results showed that Huoxue Xifeng Granules can significantly improve the migraine headache(Yuxue Xiefeng certificate)in patients with symptoms,signs,and without any side effects.migraine efficacy in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 95.83%,in the control group,the total effective rate was 83.33%.No difference in efficacy compared with the two groups was significant(p <0.05).Shows efficacy of the treatment group and control group the same dffect, to improve the TCM syndrome in the treatment group ,the total effective rate was 95.83%,In the control group ,the the total effective rate was 91.67%.Between the treatment group compared with the control group the difference was significant (P <0.05), treatment group was more effective than the control group.Conclusion: Huoxue Xifeng Granules can significantly improve the migraine headache(Yuxue Xiefeng certificate)in patients with symptoms,signs. |
