Clinical Study On Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy With The Method Of Yi Qi Yang Xue Tong Luo Xiaoji

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Yangxue Tongluo therapyfor stage III patients with diabetic nephropathy, and to explore the possible mechanism ofYiqi Tongluo decoction treating this disease.Methods: First the68patients with Stage ⅢDiabetic Nephropathy were asked for atwo-week elution period,and then were randomly divided into experiment group andcontrol group，each group had34cases. Two groups of patients were given the basictreatment of Western medicine, Patients in the experiment group were administered withtraditional Chinese medicine Yi Qi Tong Luo（YQTL200ml per time, twice times aday),while those in the control group treated with Losartan capsule（80mg,qd）.Totaltherapeutic course was12weeks,changes of urinary protein, kidney function, blood lipid，the clinical symptoms and signs were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results:A total of63patients completed the12weeks observation,33cases inexperimental group,30cases in the control group. After12weeks of treatment, mALB,urine mALB/UCr, urine2-MG, urine1-MG, serum2-MG, Cys-C, RBP were significantlyreduced in the experimental group(P<0.01)， for the control group, mALB, urinemALB/UCr, urine2-MG, urine1-MG, serum2-MG, Cys-C, RBP, were also decreased(P<0.01). Comparing with the control group after the treatment,the reduction of urinemALB, mALB/UCr, urine2-MG, urine1-MG, serum2-MG, Cys-C, RBP of theexperimental group, were improved obviously (P<0.05).CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-Cchanges before and after treatment there were significant differences between theexperimental group (P<0.05); The CHOL, and LDL were decreased of the control group(P<0.01), but the numerical of TG were not significantly decreased (P>0.05)， the numerical of HDL were not significantly increased (P<0.05);After the treatments, CHOand LDL both have more obvious difference in the experimental group (P<0.05), But therewas no statistical significance of the reduction of TG and HDL-C(P>0.05).The efficacyof Chinese medicine for individual symptoms of DN, total efficacy of Chinese medicinesymptoms and the total clinical effects of the patients in the experiment group weresignificantly improved（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Yiqitongluo decoction combined with basic treatment not only canimprove patients with stage III diabetic nephropathy clinical symptoms and signs, but alsocan effectively reduce urinary protein, renal function in patients with stable, regulatinglipid metabolism, delay the development of DN。...
