Clinical Research On The Efficacy Of Jianpi Yishen Decoction In Treating Lupus Nephritis With Qi And Yin Deficiency With Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis in patients with Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis,so as to provide a new method for the treatment of LN.Methods: 66 cases of first treatment lupus nephritis with Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,earch of 33 cases.All of cases were came from the Rheumatology and Nephropathy Department of the Hospital from October 1,2014 to August 31,2016.The control group was treated with prednisone acetate and cyclophosphamide(CTX),while the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Decoction based on the therapy of control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The changes of the score of SLE-DAI and TCM syndrome,routine blood test(WBC,HGB,PLT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),24 hour urinary protein quantification,liver function(ALB),renal function(Scr,BUN),complement(C3,C4),anti-ds-DNA antibody andother adverse events were measured before and after treatment in both groups.Results:(1)Comparison of Clinical efficacy: The total efficiency of treatment group was 87.10% while control group was 73.33%,there was significant difference betweentwo groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparisonof the disease syndromes: The total efficiency of treatment group was 87.10% while control group was 66.67%,There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,The score of SLEDAI and TCM syndrome of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).(4)Comparison of laboratory indicators: Comparison of routine blood test: After treatment,the HGB was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WBC and PLT between two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of the 24 hour urinary protein quantification: the urinary protein was significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of ESR: There was significantly difference of ESR which was lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).Comparison of liver and kidney function: After treatment,the ALB was significantly improved(P<0.01),The Scr,BUN were significantly decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of immune index: After treatment,the levels of C3 were significantly increased,the anti-ds-DNA were decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),There was no statistical significance in two groups of C4(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of adverse effects rate: The incidence of infection,acne in treatment group was less than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the curative effect,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve anemia,renal function,reduce immune inflammation and disease activity,relieve infection and acne adverse reactions.
