The Experimental Study On Yubai Plug To Treating The Rats Of Ulcerative Colitis That Caused By The Method Of Immune Complex

Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Yubai plug to treating the rats ofulcerative colitis that caused by immune complex method, and to explore itstherapeutic mechanism.Methods: With60SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group, blank bolt group, positive (SASP suppository) in the control group, thehigh-dose group, the low dose group. Each group, except control group, was madeinto animal model of UC which was established by taking immune and2,4,6-trinitrobenzene sulfuric acid (TNBS).After successfully modeling, each group wasgiven the appropriate medication for weeks later, we have weight changes, changes instool, colon mucosal damage degrees, histopathology, interleukin-6(IL-6), tumornecrosis factor (TNF-α), T cell subsets (CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8), etc. as the detectindicators to evaluate its therapeutic effect, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Results: The model rats in each group after the diet reduced activity modeling,loose stools, bloody mucus and other phenomena. The body weight of model groupdecreased, colonic mucosa ulceration erosion, and pathology showed inflammatorycell infiltration, IL-6, TNF-α rising. After treatment, the Yubai plug group there was asignificant difference (P <0.05) compared with the control group in changes of bodyweight, colonic mucosal damage degrees, changing histopathology, IL-6, TNF-α, Tcell subsets level, etc.; Yubai plug group in weight changes, colonic mucosal damagedegree, histopathology, IL-6, TNF-α values respects with the positive controlgroup showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Yubai plug have an effect on the treatment of ulcerative colitis that caused by immune complex and can improve the body weight, stool and other UCrats general, and also reduce local tissue infiltration of inflammatory cells, andpromote tissue repair. Yubai plug may inhibit pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-6,TNF-α), regulation of immune (T cell subsets) stability and other aspects of ulcerativecolitis produce a therapeutic effect.
