As we all know, the grape wine has the protective function to cardiovascular, And can reduce themortality and morbidity of cardiovascular diseases effectively, the research that grape wine affectcardiovascular more and more people’s attention. but, Musalaisi research in this area is still limited. Inorder to study the role of the Musalaisi wine for cardiovascular system, in this experiment, selection ofMusalaisi, clarified Musalaisi, remove alcohol Musalaisi and pure alcohol as the test material, study onthe influence of Msalais on the mice intemal’ antioxidation activity, establishment of the model of SD ratshyperlipidemia, explore Musalaisi further, clarified Musalaisi, remove alcohol Musalaisi and pure alcoholon Regulating effect of SD rats hyperlipemia, and influence on blood rheology of SD rats.The results are as follows:1.Gelatin,chitosan,papain,pectinaseand albumen were used as clarifier.Research the clarifier andchroma`s varying pattern of musalaisi under the single and compound clarifiers.The results showedthat:the clarifity of the musalasi treated by chitosan, was the highest, but the decoloration of the musalaisitreated by chitosan was serious. The chromaticity of the musalaisi treated by pectinase was similar to theuntreated musalaisi, but clarifying degree was low. Therefore pectinase-chitosan complex clarifier as thebest clarifier.The best clarification condition was obtained through an orthogonal experiment, which wasat40℃,0.024%chitosan,0.08%pectinase,for4hours, under this condition. the clarifity of the musalasiwas92.4%, the chroma of the musalasi was0.152.2. Compared with control mice, the liver, brain, heart, kidney, blood’SOD, CAT, GSH-PX activity wereincreased of Msalais group (high, middle,low), clarified Musalaisi group (high, middle,low), removealcohol Musalaisi; SOD, CAT, GSH-PX activity decreased significantly, the MDA content of the liver,brain, heart, kidney, blood significantlyincreased about pure alcohol group.3.SD rats hyperlipidemia model group TC, TG, LDL-C was higher significantly, HDL-C decreasedsignificantly, modeling success. Musalaisi group (high, medium, low),clarify Musalaisi group(high,medium, low),removal alcohol group SD rat TC SD, TG, LDL-C was lower significantly thanhyperlipidemia model group, HDL-C increased significantly. The results showed that Musalaisi have theeffect that reducing blood lipids. Alcohol group SD rats TC, TG, LDL-C was higher significantly than thathyperlipidemia model group, HDL-C decreased significantly.The results showed that drinking alcoholicbeverages Long-term could increase the lipid content.4.Musalaisi group (high, medium, low),clarify Musalaisi group(high, medium, low),removal alcoholgroup SD rat reduce blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte electrophoresis index, ESR, erythrocyte sedimentation rate equation K value, erythrocyterigidity index significantly, increased the red blood cell deformability index. remove alcohol Musalaisigroup had a obvious effect, while Alcohol group had no significant effect.The experimental studies showed; Musalaisi could improve the SOD,CAT,GSH-PX activity in bloodand organs of mice,and for hyperlipidemic SD rats have a moderating effect, improve blood stasis modelparameters SD rats role,improve SD rats hemorrheology parameters effect in blood stasis mode.
