| Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and drug treatment of perimenopausal period women sleep disorder and its effect on estrogen level of patients, and compare the two kinds of treatment methods, to solve clinical perimenopausal sleep disorder to find a more effective and has certain safety and superiority of medical methods.Methods We select from 2012 November to 2014 July in Shaoxing Second Hospital outpatient treatment of perimenopausal women with sleep disorder in 72 cases, using randomized single blind divided into drug group and catgut embedding therapy group with 36 cases in each group, drug group with sleeping pills for the corresponding embedding group, acupoint catgut embedding therapy, The catgut implantation group was treated by catgut implantation at Ganshu(BL18), Pishu(BL20), Xinshu(BL15), Shenshu(BL23), Qihai(RN6), Guanyuan(RN4), Zusanli(ST36), Neiguan(PC6), Sanyinjiao(SP6),1 times every 10 days, continuously buried 3 times as one therapeutic course.,were treated for 30 days. Before and after the treatment, routine examination of two patients blood pressure, heart rate, estradiol level and PSQI score, in the course of 30 days after the end of the sleep quality of patients were followed up and the detection of estradiol levels were compared.Results Acupoint catgut embedding group and drug group of Pittsburgh sleep quality index before and after treatment of own group instant (PSQI) the remarkable difference (P<0.01) were compared between two groups after treatment, comparison of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) had no significant difference between the various (P>0.05), but in total project, catgut embedding group and the medicine group were significantly different (P<0.05) show that the catgut embedding group and drug group on this disease to improve each sub index had no significant difference, but the acupoint catgut embedding therapy on sleep disorder in the overall better than the drug group; follow-up catgut embedding group PSQI total score, into the sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders and drug group item compared with significant difference (P<0.01), the remaining four and the drug group and there was statistical difference (P>0.05), within group comparisons to maintain curative effect,drug group PSQI the index was improved to different degrees, including sleep quality, sleep time and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.01), sleep disorder, daytime dysfunction, and the total score to also have difference (P<0.05) that a drug group had recurrence in different degree, especially the recurrence phenomenon of sleep quality and sleep time is more obvious; While the PSQI index and the treatment of catgut embedding group after comparison, in addition to sleep quality differences (P<0.05), no significant differences were found in the rest of the (P>0.05), explain the catgut embedding group of patients with low recurrence rate, especially sleep disorders and sleep efficiency of two can maintain the level after treatment. Determination of the immediate and follow-up of estradiol levels, catgut embedding group was significantly more drugs have group differences (P<0.01), and the serum estradiol treatment and follow-up after the detection of no significant difference (P>0.05), show the catgut embedding therapy on estrogen level obvious adjustment function.Conclusion Treatment of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and oral medication can be used as clinical treatment of female menopausal sleep disorders, from the view of catgut implantation at acupoint maintain curative effect, low recurrence rate, and have a moderating effect on peri menopausal patients serum estradiol level, can relieve the other perimenopausal symptoms. |
